The positioning member may be used for being inserted into a first groove on an outer peripheral surface of the winding pin, which may be used for winding an electrode sheet and a separator. The positioning member may be provided with a second groove, which may be configured for a clamping pin to insert so as to position relative positions of the first groove and the clamping pin.

A converting line for coreless roll products includes a rewinding machine and a controller. A log of convolutely wound web material is wound in the rewinding machine during a wind cycle. A diameter of the log, a caliper of the web material, and an amount of tension of the web is determined at a plurality of time points during a time period of the winding cycle. The controller is enabled to generate a signal to change an operating condition of the converting line based upon at least one of a diameter determination at a time point during the wind cycle, a caliper determination at a time point during the wind cycle, a wound web amount determination at a time point during the wind cycle, and a tension determination at a time point during the wind cycle.

A sheet winding mechanism includes a detachable winding core, a rotating body coupled to a first end portion of the winding core to rotate the winding core, and a non-rotating body against which a second end of the winding core is pressed. The winding core includes a winding core main body, a first portion which is located at the first end portion and is coupled to the rotating body, a second portion which is located at the second end portion, is movable in the axial direction, and presses against the non-rotating body, a first elastic body which urges the second portion outward along the axial direction, and a sheet holding portion configured to hold an end portion of a sheet. When the rotating body rotates the winding core while the sheet holding portion is holding the end portion of the sheet, the sheet is wound around the winding core.

Winding device for a protection device in an interior compartment of a vehicle having a winding shaft for windably storing a flexible planar structure. The winding shaft is rotatably supported in a supporting structure mounted fixedly to the vehicle. The winding shaft is rotatably mounted at a front end region by a bearing body on a support axle which extends co-axially to the rotational axis of said shaft and is fixedly connected to the supporting structure. The support axle extends toward a center of the winding shaft beyond the bearing body, the bearing body is axially slidably mounted on the support axle, and a position-securing sleeve is provided on the support axle and supported on the bearing body in an axially positively locking fashion and also on a radially thickened portion of the support axle.
WINDER AND A METHOD FOR WINDING A ROLL FROM A FIBROUS WEB
The present invention relates to a w winder (1) for winding a web roll (2) from a fibrous web such as a paper web or a web of non-woven 12 material paper (2). The winder (1) comprises two support rolls (3, 4) for supporting the web roll (2) during reeling and a core shaft (5) for winding the paper reel (2). At each longitudinal end of the core shaft (5), there is a carrier chuck (6) in which the core shaft (5) is rotatably journalled. The carrier chucks to are arranged to be movable in a frame towards or away from the support rolls (3, 4) and a rider roll (8) is arranged to be capable of acting against the web roll (2) being wound. The rider roll (8) is carried by a rider roll beam (9) and the rider roll beam (9) is arranged to be movable in the frame (7) such that the rider roll (8) can be moved towards or away from the support rolls (3, 4). There is at least one actuator (10) for moving the rider roll beam (9) towards or away from the support rolls (3, 4); and at least one load cell (12) arranged to detect the force between the rider roll (8) and the web roll (2). The winder (1) also comprises at least one actuator (11) for moving the carrier chucks (6) of the core shaft (5) independently of the rider roll beam (9) and the winder (1) comprises at least one load cell (13) arranged to detect the force with which the carrier chucks (6) act on the core shaft (5). The winder (1) also comprises a logic control system (14) connected to the load cells (12, 13) such that the logic control system (14) receives measured values for the force between the web roll (2) and the rider roll (8) and the force with which the carrier chucks (6) act on the core shaft (5). The logic control system (14) is programmed to control movement of the carrier chucks (6) and the rider roll beam (9) such that the sum of the forces detected from the load cells (12, 13) and the force resulting from a calculated weight of the web roll (2) corresponds to a set value for the force between the web roll (2) and the support rolls (3, 4). The invention also relates to a corresponding method for operating the winder.
SLITTING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SEPARATOR ROLL
A wrinkle caused in a separator roll is inhibited. A slitting apparatus (6) changes a conveying direction of a first separator (12a) by a direction changing roller (68) toward a first take-up roller (70U), and conveys the first separator via an assisting roller (69) which is provided between a take-up position of the first separator to be wound and the direction changing roller so as to shorten a conveying distance between the take-up position and a roller immediately before the take-up position.

A wrinkle or misaligned winding caused in a separator roll is inhibited. In a slitting apparatus (6), a conveying direction of a first separator (12a) is changed to a first take-up roller (70U) side by a direction changing roller (68), the first separator is conveyed via a take-up assisting roller (69) which is provided between the direction changing roller and a first touch roller (81U) so as to shorten a roller-to-roller distance to the first touch roller, and the first separator which is being wound is pressed onto a take-up surface by the first touch roller.

Using the apparatus to remove lane marking tape from pavements involves moving the temporary tape removal apparatus along a pavement having a length of lane marking tape thereon, and pulling the lane marking tape off the pavement by winding the tape onto the spool. Single lines of tape can be removed and multiple lines of tape can simultaneously be removed. The removed tape is spooled on disposable cores for disposal.
