Magnet sheet winding device and propping tool thereof
A cylindrical winding tool 3 has three elongated members 5 obtained by splitting a cylindrical member in its axial direction into multiple pieces. The elongated members are interconnected in a hinged state in a circumferential direction by the magnet sheet. When the elongated members 5 are to be used, the elongated members 5 are placed in a spread state and arranged on the magnetically-attached object 4. When the elongated members 5 are not used, the elongated members 5 are gathered together in the circumferential direction, abutment sections 5b of the end faces of the adjacent elongated members are brought into abutment on each other and thus the cylindrical winding tool 3 having a required diameter can be formed.
WINDING MACHINE FOR WEB-TYPE MATERIALS AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A WINDING MACHINE
A winding machine for web-type materials, in particular film materials, comprises a feeding device and at least one winding shaft which is capable of being driven and designed to receive a winding core for the winding of the web-type film material, wherein the winding machine is allocated a system for regulating and/or reducing an electrostatic charge of the web-type material during the winding process.

WEB TENSION ADJUSTMENT DEVICE AND WEB WINDING DEVICE
A web tension adjustment device includes a pair of guide rollers and a dancer roller. The two guide rollers are spaced at least in a gravity direction and guide continuous paper in transfer. The dancer roller moves within a moving range along a guide shaft extending in a direction intersecting a rotation axis distance direction of the pair of guide rollers at an acute angle, rolls on the continuous paper transferred between the pair of guide rollers and gives tension to the continuous paper, the tension corresponding to an amount of moving from a position between the pair of guide rollers along the guide shaft.

Apparatus for controlling the scroll of a Torah parchment sheet
The subject matter discloses a control mechanism for a scrolling of a Torah parchment in a Torah scroll case, comprising an internal handle located inside a Torah scroll case, mounted on a pole on which the parchment is rolled an external cogwheel located outside of the Torah scroll case, mounted on a pole on which the parchment is rolled, rotation of the external cogwheel results in rotation of the pole; and, a springy unit pressed towards a niche in said external cogwheels utilized to control the movement of the pole on which the parchment is rolled.
Surface Rewinder with Center Assist and Belt and Winding Drum Forming a Winding Nest
A rewinding machine winds a web material into a log about a core. The web material to be wound is directed about a rotating winding drum. A continuous loop is spaced from the winding drum and with the winding drum defines a nip through which the core is inserted and through which the web material is directed. A surface of the continuous loop opposite the winding drum across the nip is configured to move in a direction generally opposite of the winding drum for winding the web material about the core. A rider roll defines a winding space with the winding drum and the continuous loop. The rider roll is movable relative to the continuous loop and the winding drum to allow for an increase in a diameter of the log in the winding space during winding of the web material about the core.
Turn-up Method and a Turn-up Device for a Reel-up for Reeling of Fiber Webs
In a turn-up method for a reel-up for reeling of fiber webs, a web travelling in direction (S) is cut by two water jet nozzles moving in a transverse direction in relation to the web travelling direction (S). Two cuts (C1, C2) are formed by two water jet nozzles starting from the edges of the web (W) and moving to the web center where the cuts (C1, C2) cross or meet forming a V-shaped tail end (V1). After the cuts the movement of the water jet nozzles is stopped and after the return movement of the water jet nozzles, cutting is started again from the center toward the edges so that the web W is cut by two cuts (C3, C4) and a substantially V-shaped beginning end (V2) to the web W is formed and between the cuts (C1, C2) for the tail end (V1) and the cuts (C3, C4) for the beginning end (V2) there is formed one web reject part (R) with two substantially V-shaped cuts. A turn-up device for a reel-up for reeling of fiber webs has two water jet nozzles, in which the cutting by the water jet nozzles (10,12) may be stopped between cutting of a tail end (V1) and cutting of a beginning end (V2) for a selected time for forming only, wherein there is one reject part (R) in the turn-up and the cross-direction travel distance (L1, L2) of each nozzle is substantially shorter than the width (L) of the web (W).

Dock mountable floatation mat storage assembly
A dock mountable floatation mat storage assembly includes a first mount and a second mount each attached to dock. Each of the first and second mounts includes a base that has an inward portion, an outward portion and a central portion positioned between the inward and outward portions. The inward portion has an aperture extending therethrough. A riser has a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end is attached to the outward portion of the base and extends upwardly away therefrom. A fastener extends through the aperture and through the dock such that the fastener releasably secures the base to the dock. A spindle is positioned on and extends between the top ends of the first and second mounts. The spindle is rotatable relative to the first and second mounts and engages a floating mat such that the floating mat is rolled upon and storable on the spindle.
