Processing system and device manufacturing method
A processing system and a device manufacturing method that can perform manufacturing of an electronic device without stopping the entire manufacturing system, even when the processing state actually implemented on a sheet substrate by a processing device differs from the target processing state. A processing system for sequentially conveying a long, flexible sheet substrate along a length direction to each of a first through a third processing device to form a predetermined pattern on the sheet substrate, wherein the first through the third processing devices implement a predetermined process relating to the sheet substrate according to setting conditions set to each processing device, and when at least one from among the states of the actual processing implemented on the sheet substrate by each of the first through the third processing devices exhibits a processing error relative to a target processing state, changes other setting conditions, separate from the setting conditions exhibiting the processing error, according to the processing error.
Packaging apparatus
Providing a packaging apparatus that can inhibit a reduction in printing quality with respect to a film. A packaging apparatus 1 includes: a film conveyance device 100 that conveys a film F; a moving mechanism that conveys a container C having an opening; a sealing device 40 that seals, with the film conveyed thereto by the film conveyance device, the opening of the container conveyed thereto by the moving mechanism; a printer 140 that is disposed upstream of the sealing device in a conveyance path of the film and prints information in a predetermined position on the film while being conveyed; and a controller that controls the operation of the film conveyance device. The film conveyance device has the accumulation mechanism 120. The accumulation mechanism is disposed between the printer and the sealing device in the conveyance path of the film and temporarily accumulates the film printed with the information. The controller controls the film conveyance device so that the accumulation mechanism accumulates at least the film that is utilized for one packaging operation in the sealing device.

A deflection roller for guiding and/or deflecting a rubber tire component, has a shaft that defines an axis of rotation of the deflection roller and a plurality of bristles distributed circumferentially around the shaft and extending radially outwards and orthogonally with respect to the axis of rotation to form a circumferential brush surface that is concentric to the axis of rotation. The deflection roller further has a first boundary element and a second boundary element extending adjacent to the plurality of bristles in an axial direction parallel to the axis of rotation and protruding radially outside the circumferential brush surface at a first end and a second end of the circumferential brush surface, respectively, for binding the circumferential brush surface in the axial direction.

A deflection roller for guiding and/or deflecting a rubber tire component, has a shaft that defines an axis of rotation of the deflection roller and a plurality of bristles distributed circumferentially around the shaft and extending radially outwards and orthogonally with respect to the axis of rotation to form a circumferential brush surface that is concentric to the axis of rotation. The deflection roller further has a first boundary element and a second boundary element extending adjacent to the plurality of bristles in an axial direction parallel to the axis of rotation and protruding radially outside the circumferential brush surface at a first end and a second end of the circumferential brush surface, respectively, for binding the circumferential brush surface in the axial direction.

To form a web conveying path that bends and conveys a web, a web conveying device has: a plurality of foil supporting members that are disposed at prescribed intervals in a conveying direction of the web and that support a surface of the web that is being conveyed; a foil extending member stretched between the foil supporting members, which pulls an end of the web downstream in the conveying direction of the web such that the web extends from a starting point to an end point of the web conveying path that is formed by the foil supporting members; and a moving mechanism that moves the foil extending member from the starting point to the end point of the web conveying path.

To form a web conveying path that bends and conveys a web, a web conveying device has: a plurality of foil supporting members that are disposed at prescribed intervals in a conveying direction of the web and that support a surface of the web that is being conveyed; a foil extending member stretched between the foil supporting members, which pulls an end of the web downstream in the conveying direction of the web such that the web extends from a starting point to an end point of the web conveying path that is formed by the foil supporting members; and a moving mechanism that moves the foil extending member from the starting point to the end point of the web conveying path.
Device for cutting paper webs
A device for cutting paper webs comprises a substantially continuously operated region of a papers supply, a discontinuously operated region of transverse severing of a separating the paper web, and a buffer region (15) for coupling the continuously and discontinuously operated regions. At least one receptacle (17) open at the top is provided in the buffer region, into which the paper web(s) (3, 3) are guided so as to be looped in a freely suspended manner. The buffer region is arranged after a longitudinal cutting device (9) for producing at least two longitudinal webs (3, 3), whereby at least two webs extending separately and adjacently to one another are guided in the receptacle or at least two receptacles are arranged adjacently to one another or adjacently to one another at an offset, wherein the paper webs are guided into the receptacles.

A device for cutting paper webs comprises a substantially continuously operated region of a papers supply, a discontinuously operated region of transverse severing of a separating the paper web, and a buffer region (15) for coupling the continuously and discontinuously operated regions. At least one receptacle (17) open at the top is provided in the buffer region, into which the paper web(s) (3, 3) are guided so as to be looped in a freely suspended manner. The buffer region is arranged after a longitudinal cutting device (9) for producing at least two longitudinal webs (3, 3), whereby at least two webs extending separately and adjacently to one another are guided in the receptacle or at least two receptacles are arranged adjacently to one another or adjacently to one another at an offset, wherein the paper webs are guided into the receptacles.
Transporting device and printing apparatus
A transporting device includes a first driving roller which transports the base material; a second driving roller which is disposed to be closer to a downstream side of the transporting direction than the first driving roller, and transports the base material; a driven roller which nips the base material between the second driving roller and the driven roller, and rotates together with the second driving roller; and an inter-roller transporting path which is provided between the first driving roller and the second driving roller, and through which the base material is transported in a state where the base material is suspended in a direction of gravity and bent. The second driving roller starts winding the base material at a position which is closer to an upstream side of the transporting direction than a position where the driven roller is in contact with the base material.
