PACKING SYSTEM
20180201398 · 2018-07-19 · ·

The present invention relates to a packing system including a transporting device, an erecting device, and a guiding device. The packing system is configured to reduce the number of a packing process and to simplify the packing process, thereby improving production efficiency, compared with a conventional system. The packing system is configured to minimize wrinkling of a packing material and to adjust position of ends of the packing material in a way that the packing material is always supplied to a predetermined position, thereby reducing a failure rate of a packed product. It is possible to pack various sizes of packing target objects using a single system.

MACHINE FOR PRODUCING LAMINAR PRODUCTS MADE OF PAPER MATERIAL, IN PARTICULAR PACKAGES OF NAPKINS, TISSUES OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS AND RELATED PRODUCTION METHOD

A machine (1) for producing packages of napkins, tissues, towels, or similar products, comprises a support frame (100) to support a feeding group (10) which feeds a first and a second web of paper (5a, 5b). The support frame (100) supports, furthermore, a cutting group (20) which cuts the first and second webs of paper (5a, 5b) respectively in a first and a second plurality of sheets (6) of predetermined length, and a folding or interfolding group (30) which folds or interfolds the sheets of paper (6) at a folding or interfolding zone, (35) in such a way to obtain a stack (150) of folded or interfolded sheets, according to a predetermined folding or interfolding configuration. The cutting group (20) and the folding or interfolding group (30) are mounted on the same support body (110) to move between an assembled position in which is supported by the support frame (100), and a disassembled position, in which is not supported by the support frame (100). A displacement group (50) is, furthermore, provided to displace the support body (110) between the assembled position and the disassembled position. The displacement group (50) and the support body (110) are provided with respective engagement portions (58,118) to engage with each other in such a way to allow the displacement group (50) to displace the support body (110) between the assembled position and the disassembled position

SHEET SUPPLYING APPARATUS AND PRINTING APPARATUS

A sheet supplying apparatus, which is capable of winding a sheet tightly, includes a driving unit configured to cause a roll including a wound consecutive sheet to rotate in a first direction for feeding the sheet or a second direction opposite to the first direction, a sensor that detects a leading end portion of the sheet separated from an outer circumferential surface of the roll, and a contact body that presses the outer circumferential surface. Before the sheet is fed, in a state in which the contact body presses the outer circumferential surface, the driving unit causes the roll to continuously rotate in the second direction until a detection cycle of the leading end portion by the sensor is less than a predetermined value.

Provided is a winding device capable of speeding up a winding operation while ensuring a winding quality. A feed roller feeds a sheet-like member. A take-up roller takes up the sheet-like member. Each roller guides transportation of the sheet-like member between the feed roller and the take-up roller. A sum of moments of inertia of each free roller is determined so that a variation in a tension applied to the sheet-like member is equal to or less than 16.7 [N/m].

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR JOINING THE PLY OF A REEL OF PAPER IN DEPLETION WITH THE INITIAL FLAP OF A NEW REEL
20180179008 · 2018-06-28 ·

The present invention concerns a method for joining the ply of a reel of paper in depletion with the initial flap of a new reel, as well as an apparatus adapted for carrying out such a method.

Thanks to the method according to the present invention, and to the apparatus suitable for carrying it out, the joining of the reels takes place without using gluing means, like for example the double-sided tape used in known methods, avoiding the relative drawbacks, the adhesion between the plies of the reels to be joined taking place by electrostatic attraction.
