Automatic Document Feeder With One Belt And One Tensioner For All Drive Rollers To Keep Them Synchronized And Reduced Scan Image Errors
An automatic document feeder includes a media path to route media through the automatic document feeder, a plurality of opposing roller pairs to route media along the media path, and a serpentine belt drive system to drive a roller of each of the opposing roller pairs.
Sheet processing apparatus
A sheet processing apparatus comprising: a conveying unit configured to have a roller that conveys a sheet in a conveyance direction; a first detecting device disposed downstream of the conveying unit in the conveyance direction; a second detecting device disposed downstream of the first detecting device in the conveyance direction; a boring unit configured to have a punch that performs boring in the sheet; and a control unit is used. The first detecting device and the second detecting device each detect passage of a leading edge of the sheet being conveyed. The control unit calculates an actual conveyance speed of the sheet on the basis of detection results of the first detecting device and the second detecting device, and controls rotation of the roller, on the basis of the actual conveyance speed, so that the sheet is conveyed at a predetermined target speed.
Sheet separation device, laminator, image forming apparatus, and image forming system
A sheet separation device to open a two-ply sheet includes a rotator; a nipping member disposed opposite the rotator and configured to nip the two-ply sheet with the rotator; a conveyor configured to convey the two-ply sheet between the rotator and the nipping member, and a winding member disposed adjacent to the rotator. The conveyor conveys the two-ply sheet with a bonded portion of the two-ply sheet being an upstream end or a downstream end of the two-ply sheet in a conveyance direction of the two-ply sheet. The winding member winds the two-ply sheet around the rotator, to create a difference in winding circumferential length between the two sheets and separate the two sheets.
PRINTING APPARATUS
A printing apparatus includes a stacking portion on which a print medium printed by a printing unit configured to perform printing is stacked, a discharge unit configured to discharge the print medium printed by the printing unit to the stacking portion, a passage forming portion arranged facing the stacking portion and configured to form a discharge passage of the print medium together with the stacking portion, and an outlet port located in a downstream end of the stacking portion and a downstream end of the passage forming portion in a conveying direction of the print medium. The passage forming portion includes an opening/closing portion which is displaceable between a closed position for forming the discharge passage and an open position for opening the stacking portion.

Sheet discharging apparatus, sheet processing apparatus, and image forming system
A sheet discharging apparatus includes a guide member configured to guide a lower surface of a sheet, a discharge roller pair, a stacking portion, and a first moving member and a second moving member each configured to move to a first position and a second position, the first position being a position where the first moving member and the second moving member protrude downstream of the discharge roller pair in the sheet discharge direction, the second position being a position located upstream of the first position in the sheet discharge direction. Support portions of the first moving member and the second moving member in the first position protrude upward in a height direction with respect to a tangent of a lower roller of the discharge roller pair when viewed in a sheet width direction.
Automated teller machine and medium conveyance route switching device for automated teller machine
A medium conveyance route switching device includes a support unit, a gate assembly, and a rotation mechanism. The support unit is located at a branching point of a first conveyance path, a second conveyance path and a third conveyance path where conveyance directions of a medium converge in three directions. The gate assembly includes a first to a third gate positioned on one ends of the first to the third conveyance path to guide at the branching point the medium to other conveyance paths than a conveyance path from which the medium is conveyed. The rotation mechanism includes a first actuator rotating the first gate to switch the medium conveyed from the first conveyance path to the second conveyance path or the third conveyance path, and a second actuator, when the first gate is rotated, rotating the second gate and the third gate in associated with the second gate.
Forming assembly of multilayer packets of wet wipes
A forming assembly of multilayer packets of wet wipes includes: a feeding device of wipes assemblies; a forming device of packets including wipes assemblies; a packet removing device, where the forming device receives the wipes assemblies from an upper level and releases the packets at a lower level; first and second bands closed in a loop, moving along a path having a respective operating section extending vertically, including blades facing one another along the respective operating section creating housings for single wipes assemblies and defining a free space; a moving index in the free space ejecting a predetermined number of wipes assemblies onto the removing device; and a movement member advancing the index through the free space, the index including a fixed body associated with the movement member and a moving portion associated with the fixed body, allowing the index height to vary with respect to the removing device.
Single tape escrow module
Disclosed is an escrow module. The escrow module may include a drum, a first belt and a tape. The drum may have a first end, a second end, and an intermediate portion. The first belt may partially encircle the drum. The tape may have a first end attached to the drum and a second end attached to a spool.
