APPARATUS FOR LOADING BOUND PRODUCTS
Disclosed is a device for loading a bound product, the device holding a product without the product sagging, which has been completed by punching various objects to be bound and then binding same by means of a coil spring, reversing the moving direction to a loading location and thereby enabling neat and stable stacking in a zigzag state without having the coil springs come in contact with one another. A device for loading a bound product, according to the present invention, comprises: a supporting frame unit for providing a distance for the movement of a bound product from a binding location to a loading location; a transfer unit having upper and lower gears, which are axially mounted on one side of the frame unit, a driven gear, which is axially mounted on the other end, a moving belt, for connecting the lower gear and the driven gear, a power belt, which is connected to the upper gear, and a first driving motor, for transmitting power to the power belt; an LM guide having a rail, which is mounted on the frame unit in the length direction, and a block; a reversing unit having a supporting plate, which is fixed on the block of the LM guide and the moving belt, a pinion, of which the upper end is rotatably and axially mounted on the supporting plate, a first cylinder, for operating a rack gear that interlocks with the pinion, and a rotating plate which is fixed on the lower end of the pinion; and a holding unit having a support and a second cylinder which is mounted on the rotating plate of the reversing unit and has a pressure member coupled to the front end thereof so as to hold a bound product.
STACKING APPARATUS
A stacking apparatus includes a conveyance unit, a stacking unit, and a separation member supply unit. The conveyance unit conveys sheets for circuit board. The stacking unit stacks the sheets. The separation member supply unit supplies a separation member to separate the stacked sheets at any position. The separation member supply unit places the separation member on the sheet in being conveyed.
Sheet conveying device
A sheet conveying device includes a casing, first discharge rollers arranged in an axial direction, a roller shaft supporting the first discharge rollers and configured to rotate together with the first discharge rollers, second discharge rollers provided in correspondence with the first discharge rollers, a bearing member attached to the casing such that the bearing member is entirely located between adjacent two of the first discharge rollers, the bearing member supporting roller shaft. The bearing member includes a downstream guide located downstream of the roller shaft in a conveying direction in which the sheet is conveyed. The downstream guide of the bearing member protrudes toward the plurality of second discharge rollers beyond a tangential line at a contact point between one of the first discharge rollers and a corresponding one of the second discharge rollers, when viewed in the axial direction.

Recording-medium ejecting device and image forming apparatus
A recording-medium ejecting device includes a first rotating member that rotates and a second rotating member that faces the first rotating member and that is rotated by rotation of the first rotating member. At least one of the first rotating member or the second rotating member is provided with projections and recesses at both ends thereof. The projections and recesses are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction. The projections extend continuously from a rotating member body in an axial direction and have a diameter greater than that of the rotating member body. The recesses extend continuously from the rotating member body in the axial direction and have a diameter smaller than that of the rotating member body. The projections at one end of the rotating member body and the projections at the other end of the rotating member body are at the same positions in a circumferential direction.
MEDIA ACCUMULATOR-EJECTOR FOR USE WITH AN IMAGING DEVICE
A media accumulator-ejector for use with an imaging apparatus. Rotatable upper and lower roll assemblies are located above and below a media accumulation zone comprised of an accumulation plate and positioned to receive media exiting an imaging device. The roll assemblies are moveable like jaws between an open position where media can accumulate on the accumulation plate without interference with the roll assemblies and a clamping position where the accumulated media is grasped by the upper and lower roll assemblies. The upper and lower roll assemblies are then rotated to eject the accumulated media from the accumulation plate. The upper and lower roll assemblies can also grasp and continuously eject individual sheets of media at a predetermined process speed.
Sheet discharging apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet discharging apparatus includes an apparatus body, a discharge unit discharging a sheet out of the apparatus body, and a sheet stacking portion including a stacking surface on which the sheet discharged by the discharge unit is stacked. A sheet processing device processing the sheet discharged by the discharge unit can be mounted on the sheet stacking portion. The sheet discharging apparatus further includes a stiffness imparting unit removably attached to the apparatus body and imparting stiffness to the sheet discharged by the discharge unit. The stiffness imparting unit includes a pressing portion pressing and deflecting the sheet in a width direction intersecting with a sheet discharging direction and a projecting portion projecting from the apparatus body above the stacking surface such that at least a part of the projecting portion overlaps with the stacking surface in a plan view.

STACKER DEVICE TO STACK SHEETS OF PRINT MEDIA
Stacker device to stack sheets of print media. The stacker device comprises a tray to stack the sheets. The tray comprises an M-shaped tray section to apply an M-shaped profile to a sheet along a direction perpendicular to the sheet's advance direction to reduce curling. The stacker device further comprises a roof. The roof comprises at least one adjustable roof portion to limit a height of a curl of the sheet.
Sheet processing device and image forming apparatus including the same
A sheet processing device includes a housing, a sheet stacking portion, a sheet discharge portion, a contact member, a conveyance unit, and an association mechanism. A sheet discharge portion is disposed in the housing and faces a space over the sheet stacking portion, the sheet discharge portion including a pair of discharge rollers. The contact member is disposed in the sheet discharge portion, and is movable to project into a sheet conveyance passage to come into contact with a surface of the sheet. The conveyance unit is selectively mounted in the space of the housing, and is configured to receive a sheet delivered by the pair of discharge rollers and convey the sheet. The association mechanism is operable to cause the contact member to recede from the sheet conveyance passage in association with the mounting of the conveyance unit in the housing.
