Sheet processing apparatus and image forming system

A sheet processing apparatus includes a buffering portion having a reverse conveyance roller pair and an intermediate roller pair, with the reverse conveyance roller pair reversing a conveyance direction of a sheet received from a first conveyance path and delivering the reversed sheet into a second conveyance path and being configured to come into contact with and be separated from each other. The intermediate roller pair is disposed in the second conveyance path and disposed upstream of a conveyance roller pair in a sheet conveyance direction, and the reverse conveyance roller pair is caused to nip a first sheet and a second sheet by causing the reverse conveyance roller pair to abut each other after receiving the second sheet by the reverse conveyance roller pair from the first conveyance path in a state in which the intermediate roller pair nips the first sheet reversed by the reverse conveyance roller pair and the reverse conveyance roller pair is separated from each other.

A sheet stacking device includes a pair of first sheet stackers, a pair of sheet alignment members, a second sheet stacker, a sheet removal portion, and control circuitry. The first sheet stackers stack both end portions of a sheet in a direction orthogonal to a sheet ejecting direction. The sheet alignment members contact both ends of the sheet in the orthogonal direction to align the sheet on the first sheet stackers. The second sheet stacker is disposed lower than the first sheet stackers and stacks the sheet dropped from between the first sheet stackers. The sheet removal portion is disposed on one side in the orthogonal direction. The control circuitry causes one of the first sheet stackers and one of the sheet alignment members to move toward an opposite side of the sheet removal portion in the orthogonal direction after the sheet is dropped from between the first sheet stackers.

A layered electrode body manufacturing device comprising: a negative electrode cut drum which cuts a negative electrode single plate at a first width, generates a negative electrode plate, and conveys same; a negative electrode heat drum which heats the negative electrode plate; a positive electrode cut drum which cuts a positive electrode single plate at a second width, generates a positive electrode plate, and conveys same; a positive electrode heat drum which heats the positive electrode plate; a bonding drum; a separator cut drum which cuts, at a third width, a second separator single plate and a first separator single plate of a layered body which is bonded with the bonding drum; and a laminating drum which layers the cut layered body on a laminating stage.

Sheet conveying apparatus

A pair of regulating guides can guide both end edges in a sheet width direction Y of a sheet being conveyed being nipped by a conveying belt and balls. The pair of regulating guides can move to their respective guide positions each for guiding one of both end edges of the sheet and their respective retracting positions each retracting from one of the both end edges of the sheet by a distance larger than the guide position. A guide moving unit for moving the pair of regulating guides makes each of the pair of regulating guides reach the guide position from the retracting position after the rear end of the sheet passed from a conveying roller pair positioned on the upstream side to the conveying belt passes the conveying roller pair.

Sheet conveying apparatus

A pair of regulating guides can guide both end edges in a sheet width direction Y of a sheet being conveyed being nipped by a conveying belt and balls. The pair of regulating guides can move to their respective guide positions each for guiding one of both end edges of the sheet and their respective retracting positions each retracting from one of the both end edges of the sheet by a distance larger than the guide position. The rectangular lamination stage is provided, at the four corners, with a plurality of protuberances for pressing and holding the laminate on the stage surface.

A sheet processing device includes a sheet storage and a sheet displacer. The sheet displacer displaces a preceding sheet stored in the sheet storage and contacts an upper end of the preceding sheet to displace the preceding sheet such that the upper end of the preceding sheet moves toward the third wall. The second wall and the third wall are coupled via a bent portion that bends in a manner such that a storage space of the second storage portion is greater than a storage space of the first storage portion.

The discharge position adjustment actuator adjusts discharge positions of the discharged sheets on the at least one sheet discharge tray. The controller compares a first rotation amount of first print data printed on a first sheet with a second rotation amount of second print data printed on a second sheet. In response to a determination that the first rotation amount is different than the second rotation amount, the controller controls the sheet discharge position adjustment actuator to (a) discharge the first sheet to a first discharge position and (b) discharge the second sheet to a second discharge position different than the first discharge position.
