Portable and detachable dispenser
The present invention discloses a portable and detachable dispenser. The dispenser of the present invention comprise a base portion which is lodged in the inner circumference part of the roll and provides an anchoring support to the dispenser, and a top portion that essentially lies over and above the outer circumference of the roll to allow the free end of the reeled product to pass through it and rest on a raised area which comprises of a cutting means. Further, the dispenser of the present invention, in its construction and placement on the roll, provides a unique locking mechanism that keeps it securely placed even with a diminishing diameter of the roll. Lastly, the dispenser of the present invention is easier to lodge and dislodge from the roll and is much lighter and convenient to use.
FILM PERFORATION DEVICE
A film perforation device including power supply means, a perforation element that has a perforation position and a withdrawal position, and means for receiving said film, wherein said film perforation device includes: a conveyor belt, having a planar surface penetrable by an above-mentioned perforation element which has a predetermined speed of movement and is arranged such as to receive the film unwinding onto the above-mentioned surface and convey same onto said surface at said predetermined speed in a predetermined direction; and a winch having a rotational axis, about which at least one supporting structure provided with a perforation element is rotatably driven. In said perforation position, said perforation element perforates the film and at least partially penetrates the planar surface of said conveyor belt.
Method for manufacturing laminated iron core
In a method for manufacturing a laminated iron core from a thin sheet, the method includes coining the thin sheet from below to form a thinned bridge portion on an outer peripheral portion of an iron core piece, blanking the iron core piece from the thin sheet from above or below after forming the bridge portion, and laminating the iron core piece on another iron core piece to manufacture the laminated iron core.
Method for manufacturing laminated iron core
In a method for manufacturing a laminated iron core from a thin sheet, the method includes coining the thin sheet from above to form a thinned bridge portion on an outer peripheral portion of an iron core piece, blanking the iron core piece downwardly from the thin sheet using a set of an outer-shape blanking punch and a die after forming the bridge portion, wherein the outer-shape blanking punch includes a projection portion fitted into the bridge portion when blanking, and laminating the iron core piece on another iron core piece to manufacture the laminated iron core.
IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM CAPABLE OF COPING WITH SHIFTED SADDLE-STITCHING OR CENTER-FOLDING POSITION
An image forming system capable of producing a center-folded or saddle-stitched brochure having punched holes at identical positions between the front and back sides thereof even when a saddle-stitching or center-folding position is set to a location shifted from a sheet center position. A puncher punches holes in a sheet. A finisher folds a sheet bundle formed by sheets each having the holes punched therein. A console sets an adjustment value for adjusting a folding position at which the sheet bundle is folded by the finisher, according to a manual operation. When the adjustment value is larger than a reference value, the puncher determines a punching position with respect to a folding position having the adjustment value reflected thereon and punches the holes in the determined punching position.
MEDIUM FEEDING UNIT AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A medium feeding unit that is configure to be mounted to an image forming apparatus provided with an image forming unit and feeds a medium to the image forming unit includes a medium introducing part that introduces the medium to the image forming unit and a medium holding part that holds the medium at a feeding position from which the medium is fed to the image forming unit. The medium holding part is configured to be positioned at one of at least two different feeding positions relative to the medium introducing part.
Sticking apparatus
A sticking device implements high-speed automatic processing of base-sheet-attached shrink-film packaging using a half-cut double-faced adhesive tape. A sticking device rolls a half-cut double-faced adhesive tape over a first sticking object that is transported on a conveyor device to stick the adhesive tape to the first sticking object and then places a second sticking object on the first sticking object and applies pressure to stick the first sticking object and the second sticking object together. The sticking device includes: a feeder device that feeds the first sticking object; a conveyor device; an adhesive-tape sticking device that has a roll body attaching part for rotatably supporting a half-cut double-faced adhesive tape with a peel-off liner, a rotary-sticking roll pressure part, and a peel-off liner collecting part; and a second sticking object sticking device that places a second sticking object on the sticking portion of the first sticking object and applies pressure.
Bulk textured material sheeting
A process is provided for making bulk textured material sheeting. As a continuous supply of flat material sheeting is fed, the sheeting is repeatedly impacted with toothed knives, each knife creating a row of raised and generally pointed structures on the sheeting to texture the sheeting.
SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A first motor causes a first conveying roller pair to rotate, and a second motor causes a second conveying roller pair and an aligning rotational member to rotate. A control portion temporarily stops the first motor each time a sheet member reaches a position at which the sheet member is subjected to punching. Each time the sheet member reaches the position at which the sheet member is subjected to punching, the control portion continuously operates the second motor if the sheet member unreaches a position at which the sheet member is nipped by the second conveying roller pair, and otherwise temporarily stops the second motor.
Device and method for trimming folded printed products
A method and a device for trimming printed products on the front edges and/or on the lateral edges. The products are inserted into moved receiving compartments along a closed circuit, the compartments being open on at least one side, and include blades moved along in this region, which act together with stationary counter blades. The depth of insertion of the products is restricted by a support such that the front edges of the products are in the direct vicinity of the open side of the compartments, advantageously protruding with their front edges over the moved along blades for the frontal trimming. The edges of the products extending perpendicular to the folded edge are fixed prior to carrying out a trimming by way of a clamping and moving arrangement and only released for the passing on of the printed product.
