Perforation device and sheet post-processing device provided therewith
A perforation device includes a shaft, a perforation motor, at least a first perforation portion, at least a second perforation portion, at least a first cam for reciprocating a first perforation blade in the first perforation portion, at least a second cam for reciprocating a second perforation blade in the second perforation portion, a rotation speed detecting portion, a home position detecting portion, and a controller. In second perforation processing in which the shaft is rotated one turn to perform first perforation with the first perforation portion and second perforation with the second perforation portion in sequence, the controller senses, with the rotation speed detecting portion, the rotation speed of the shaft after the first perforation blade penetrates the sheet in the first perforation and, based on the rotation speed detecting, the controller determines the timing of starting braking control in the second perforation and performs braking control.
BULK TEXTURED MATERIAL SHEETING
A process is provided for making bulk textured material sheeting. As a continuous supply of flat material sheeting is fed, the sheeting is repeatedly impacted with toothed knives, each knife creating a row of raised and generally pointed structures on the sheeting to texture the sheeting.
Method of Forming a Lottery Ticket with a Translucent Substrate
A lottery ticket is printed on a substrate sheet material having a front surface with lottery game indicia printed thereon and a removable covering material, typically scratch-off material, covering the lottery game indicia which is removable by a player to expose the game indicia for playing the game and other game information printed on the substrate sheet material where at least part of the substrate sheet material is formed of a translucent synthetic material to enable viewing through the part by the player. In order to allow the ticket to be dispensed in a row of the tickets from a dispensing machine with an optical sensor, a patch of an opaque or semi-opaque material is applied onto the substrate at a location to cooperate with the sensor while it is operating to detect ticket location.
POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A post-processing apparatus includes: a cutter that cuts a paper sheet into a plurality of pieces; and a hardware processor that causes the cutter to cut out a product formed in part of the paper sheet and a partition sheet formed in another part of the paper sheet, wherein the hardware processor causes the partition sheet and the product to be ejected to the same ejection destination at timings different from each other, and the partition sheet is formed between jobs that cause the product to be generated.
Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus is disclosed for separating, intermittently, receipts or tickets from a continuous strip of material, in which the strip is cut by a stationary blade when the user tensions the strip by pulling an end thereof, in which the cut margin of the strip is disengaged from the blade by virtue of an elastically movable element that has a non cutting edge extending in length next to the entire length of a cutting edge of the blade, and in which the strip tensioned during the cut pushes the non cutting edge in a recessing position with respect to the cutting edge and after cutting the non cutting edge returns elastically to a protruding position beyond the cutting edge.
POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, AND CONTROL PROGRAM FOR POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS
A post-processing apparatus that performs, by one or more functional units which can be switched one another, predetermined post-processing corresponding to a function of the one or more functional units on a conveyed paper includes: a plurality of slots in which the one or more functional units can be loaded at respective loading positions along a conveyance path; a loading detector that detects that the one or more functional units are loaded in the slots; and a condition output part that outputs a condition that allows the post-processing depending on the loading positions of the slots in which the one or more functional units are loaded.
PRINTER
A printer according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a printing portion configured to perform printing on a recording sheet, a cutter including a fixed blade and a movable blade and configured to cut the recording sheet along a width direction thereof by movement of the movable blade, an adhesive transfer unit configured to add an adhesive to a rear surface of the recording sheet, and a transfer roller disposed to face the adhesive transfer unit and configured to press the recording sheet toward the adhesive transfer unit and transport the recording sheet. The adhesive transfer unit is integrally assembled together with the movable blade, and provided to move together with the movable blade along a moving direction of the movable blade.
Sheet product package and method of making dispensable sheet product
A sheet product package and method of making discrete plastic sheets includes a package enclosure with a dispensing opening structure and a plurality of discrete plastic sheets arranged in a stack. The plurality of discrete plastic sheets are disposed within the package enclosure, and each of the plurality of discrete plastic sheets is electrostatically charged. In the method of making the dispensable plastic sheets, electrostatically charged discrete plastic sheets are formed and arranged in a stack. The method may include forming a continuous plastic film, cutting the continuous plastic film into discrete plastic sheets, and, after cutting, electrostatically charging the discrete plastic sheets.
AUTOMATIC APPAREL MACHINE
An automatic apparel machine used in the manufacture of air suspension springs has two movable tables that move independently from each other on the rail system and where the raw material is placed. A movable winding mandrel moves up-down and forward-backward on the movable table by a servo motor. Automatic cutting bench grippers are positioned on the automatic rubber cutting bench perpendicular to the axis of the movable tables in the section where the movable winding mandrel is located so as to adjust the lengths of the cut raw material. An automatic rubber cutting bench cuts the raw material in the direction of the length and angles required for the finished product saved in the system.
