SUCTION SYSTEM
A suction system includes a cup-shaped High Vacuum Evacuation (HVE) device including a first body portion including a second end, the first body portion including a channel at the second end and a first through hole extending through the first body portion, and a second body portion including a first end, the second body portion including a second through hole extending through the second through hole at the first end, a shield/visor connected to the cup-shaped High Vacuum Evacuation (HVE) device at the second end of the first body portion at the channel, and a coupling configured to connect the first end of the second body portion to a nozzle, the nozzle being in fluid communication with a built-in drain line.

A disposable dental waste filter device also has a body having a receiving end, a central lumen for receiving and capturing amalgam, a filter, and a circular leg portion having an exterior channel, and a separable cap having a tip end, a circular outer rim having a circular end ridge portion with the ridge portion adapted to be inserted into the exterior channel of the body for a snap fit engagement between the cap and the body, the body for receiving and capturing therein amalgam that enters into the body through the tip end and the separable cap.
Aerosol reduction systems and methods
A system for reducing aerosols emitted from a patient on which a medical procedure is being performed. The system comprises a transparent dome and an adapter assembly configured to releasably support the dome. The system additionally comprises a support assembly configured to support the adapter assembly and the dome. The support assembly is adjustable such that the dome can be selectively positioned over an intended body area of the patient and block aerosols emitted from the intended body area.
Aerosol reduction systems and methods
A system for reducing aerosols emitted from a patient on which a medical procedure is being performed. The system comprises a transparent dome and an adapter assembly configured to releasably support the dome. The system additionally comprises a support assembly configured to support the adapter assembly and the dome. The support assembly is adjustable such that the dome can be selectively positioned over an intended body area of the patient and block aerosols emitted from the intended body area.
EXTRA ORAL DENTAL VENTILATOR
There is disclosed a dental device configured to be coupled to a vacuum. In at least one embodiment the device comprises at least one channel coupled to the vacuum and in fluid communication with the vacuum. In addition, there can be at least one hood coupled to the channel, and covering the channel wherein the hood is in fluid communication with said at least one channel. In addition, there can be at least one clip coupled to the hood. Furthermore, said at least one clip extending substantially perpendicularly to said at least one hood and substantially parallel to said at least one channel, wherein the vacuum is configured to create a negative pressure inside of said at least one hood, and wherein said at least one clip is configured to couple to a user's mouth, wherein said hood is positioned adjacent to a user's mouth.
EXTRA ORAL DENTAL VENTILATOR
There is disclosed a dental device configured to be coupled to a vacuum. In at least one embodiment the device comprises at least one channel coupled to the vacuum and in fluid communication with the vacuum. In addition, there can be at least one hood coupled to the channel, and covering the channel wherein the hood is in fluid communication with said at least one channel. In addition, there can be at least one clip coupled to the hood. Furthermore, said at least one clip extending substantially perpendicularly to said at least one hood and substantially parallel to said at least one channel, wherein the vacuum is configured to create a negative pressure inside of said at least one hood, and wherein said at least one clip is configured to couple to a user's mouth, wherein said hood is positioned adjacent to a user's mouth.
Dental Mouthpieces
A dental mouthpiece can provide multiple features that can benefit both the patient and the doctor. The mouthpiece can take a generally flat configuration when not in use and may be resiliently folded into a C-shape for insertion into the patient's mouth. In some embodiments, the frame may be rigid or semi-rigid. The mouthpiece may provide retraction, suction ability, tongue control, airway and throat protection and a bite block in a single disposable or reusable device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN EVACUATOR ADAPTOR
An adapter for an evacuator for increasing a suction power of the evacuator includes a suction assembly adapted to be coupled with the evacuator. The suction assembly has a housing, an impeller arranged inside the housing and configured to provide a suction, and an inlet conduit to facilitate a flow of fluid to the impeller. The suction assembly also includes an outlet conduit arranged inside the housing and adapted to be coupled to the evacuator. The outlet conduit is in fluid communication with the impeller and facilitates a flow of the fluid from the suction assembly to the evacuator.
