A whole plant bucker having a bucking member with sides extending from a base plane to a height, a plurality of slot openings formed within the sides such that the slot openings converge to an input opening, and an angle between the sides and the base plane that is greater than zero. The input opening receives the trunk of a whole plant, and the slot openings receive branches of the plant and strip off plant material as the plant is fed trunk first through the input opening and as the branches move through the slot openings. A floor standing bucking machine and a hingeably closeable bucking tractor attachments are disclosed.

A shredding rotor rotatably coupled to a support frame is configured to remove plant leaves from plant stems fed into an aperture in the support frame. The shredding rotor includes many flexible shredding strands attached to a rotor axle. The shredding strands are sufficiently flexible to strip leaves from all sides of the stems without breaking the stems into pieces. Shredding strands are spaced far enough apart from one another to prevent plant material from becoming lodged between the strands. A destemming and shredding apparatus including two shredding rotors separates an incoming stream of plant materials into an output stream of shredded leaves and another output stream of essentially intact stems. A shredding apparatus having no more than one shredding rotor receives destemmed leaves at an inlet aperture and outputs shredded leaf fragments.

A debris collector and associated systems and methods are disclosed. The debris collector is configured to receive and process debris, such as lawn debris, by way of a variety of intake systems, such as a basket and vacuum tube. After intake, the debris collector is configured to process the debris by way of an auger and agitators, so as to be passed through a blower fan for disposal.

The disclosure discloses a cutterhead assembly of a branch grinder, including a cutterhead body, a center shaft disposed in a center of the cutterhead body and at least two installing shafts circumferentially distributed by using the center shaft as an axis, each of the at least two installing shafts is successively provided with a limiting plate, a first blade, a first bush, a second blade and a second bush from top to bottom, the first blade and the second blade are in clearance fit with a corresponding installing shaft in the at least two installing shafts, a center of the limiting plate is positioned at an upper end of the center shaft and a gap is kept between the limiting plate and an upper end of the first blade, an outer end of the limiting plate is stretched into the installing shafts and fixed, through the above installation, the first blade and the second blade can be completely rotated in 360 degrees relative to the installing shafts, in a circumferential rotating process of the blade, shredded wood can be taken out from the center of the cutterhead body, and a problem, that material blockage is caused to affect a cutting effect of the cutterhead assembly due to the material is stacked in the center of the cutterhead body 1, is avoided.

An automatic shutoff woodchipper having a blade for shredding material fed into the woodchipper, a motor to drive the blade, and a feed chute to direct material to the blade for shredding. An electronic sensor in the mouth of the feed chute sends an electronic proximity signal to an electronic controller when a signal device worn by an operator, detectable by the sensor, closes to within a predetermined distance from the sensor. Upon receiving the electronic proximity signal from the electronic sensor, the electronic controller generates an electronic shutoff signal that automatically halts the operation of the blade.

A portable debris shredder for shredding lawn debris for easier stockpiling or disposal.

A flywheel and paddle assembly for a chipping or shredding apparatus, including a wood chipper, a brush chipper, and a leaf shredder. The assembly has a flywheel attached coaxially to a drive shaft. The flywheel has at least one aperture extending from the front side to the back side, and carries at least one knife adjacent to the at least one aperture. The knife presents a knife edge on the front side of the flywheel. A paddle is rotatably mounted coaxially to the drive shaft adjacent to the back side of the flywheel. The paddle is configured to rotate on the drive shaft independently of the flywheel. A chipping or shredding apparatus incorporating the aforesaid flywheel and paddle assembly is also disclosed.

A land preparation tool includes a tool body having a longitudinal axis, a cutting surface having a distal end and a blade positioned at the distal end, and a mounting interface disposed on the tool body opposite the cutting surface. The mounting interface has an apex extending along the mounting interface parallel to the longitudinal axis, a mounting surface extending from the apex, another mounting surface extending from the apex, and an opening. A channel extends from the opening of the mounting interface into the tool body.

A continuous feed machine for trimming and separating plant material, the machine having one or more augers or conveyors for feeding plant material into a trommel barrel covered with mesh netting, adapted to include baffles between longitudinal sections of the trommel barrel, and sized for rotational speeds to so as to process the plant material as components of the plant material progress longitudinally through successive sections of the trommel barrel. The mesh netting trims plant material as it moves through the trommel barrel, with the trim falling through the mesh netting. One or more augers or conveyors may be used to remove trimmed plant material exiting an output end of the trommel barrel, and one or more augers or conveyors may be used to remove trim material from below one or more sections of the trommel barrel.

A land preparation machine includes a land preparation apparatus connected to a lift assembly of a vehicle. The land preparation apparatus has a rotatable drum and a plurality of tools assemblies disposed thereon. A tool assembly of the plurality of tool assemblies includes a tool holder and a tool attached thereto. The tool includes a tool body having a cutting surface disposed on a side of the tool body, an apex disposed on a different side of the tool body opposite the cutting surface, and tool mounting surfaces disposed on the side of the tool body opposite the cutting surface. One tool mounting surface extends outwardly from the apex at an angle toward the cutting surface. Another tool mounting surface extends outwardly from the apex, opposite the other tool mounting surface, at an angle toward the cutting surface. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
