Powered hose puller
09656307 · 2017-05-23 ·

A powered, portable device for pulling a hose such as a sewer hose into an access hole such as a sewer manhole. The device is sufficiently long to extend over the access hole and has a lateral support structure extending from the bottom of the device into the access hole to engage a side surface of the access hole to prevent the device from being pulled across the ground during operation. Upper and lower frame portions are connected by a hinge at one end of the device to allow the device to be opened up to install the hose into the device. With the hose installed the upper frame can be clamped down to the lower frame to engage the hose. The upper and lower frames have gripping elements, at least one of which is powered by a motor to rotate and pull the hose into the access hole.

Intermediate chain for drawing assemblies of drawing machines

An intermediate chain for drawing assemblies of drawing machines provided with at least one track having a plurality of contiguous links configured to act on a product being worked in order to draw it, is interposed between the corresponding track and support means of the track and comprises a plurality of contiguous links. Each of said links comprises an idle roll equipped with a through axial hole, a join pin and a connection element provided with a plurality of through holes configured to house at least said join pin. The connection element comprises two lateral support portions positioned in correspondence to axially opposite longitudinal ends of said idle roll, and a central connection portion, interposed transversely between the two lateral support portions and joined to both in order to reciprocally connect them, keeping them at a fixed and constant reciprocal distance and in a fixed and constant reciprocal position.

Rope replacement apparatus

A rope replacement apparatus includes: a rope conveying mechanism, used for driving a first rope to move along a moving path of a second rope, so as to replace the second rope; a first detection part, used for detecting a first moving speed V.sub.1 of the first rope output by the rope conveying mechanism; the first detection part being installed on the rope conveying mechanism; a second detection part, used for detecting a second moving speed V.sub.2 of the second rope outside the rope conveying mechanism; the second detection part being installed on the moving path of the second rope; a control part, used for adjusting V.sub.1 according to the difference between V.sub.1 and V.sub.2; the first detection part and the second detection part being both in communication connection with the control part. The rope replacement apparatus improves rope replacement efficiency and slipping can be reduced.

ASSEMBLY FOR TENSIONING WIRES FOR FORMING COMPONENTS OF ELECTRICAL WINDINGS
20250250139 · 2025-08-07 ·

An assembly for tensioning wires for forming components of electrical windings, which comprises at least one spool of wire arranged upstream of bending means, and at least one guide pulley that rotates on a carriage which translates along a respective guide by an actuator, the guide pulley being configured to redirect the wire originating from the spool; and a control and management unit designed to monitor dragging of the wire toward the bending means, so as to detect the dynamic behavior with which the wire moves. The control and management unit commands the actuator, in order to move the carriage along the guide with a rule of motion defined in feedback as a function of the dynamic behavior of the wire that has been detected by the control and management unit, so as to maintain the wire under tension.
