A Guide Device And Method For Constructing A Fence
A guide device (10) is disclosed for constructing a wire or cable fence. The device (10) is arranged for contact with, and movement along, strands of pretensioned wire or cable (64) which form the fence wires. The guide device (10) has a number of rotatable members (16) on a generally horizontal axis of rotation, which are each arranged in use to support one of the strands (64) at a respective, pre-determined elevation above surrounding ground (8). A plurality of fence posts (66) having through-holes (68) that are arranged for receipt of the respective strand(s) (64) can then be caused to slide along the strands (64) in use without contacting the surrounding ground (8), and be spaced apart along those strands (64) to form the posts of the fence.

TUBE HOLDER FOR LINE DISPENSING
A tube holder supports a spool of flexible line wrapped onto the outer surface of a tube. The tube holder comprises a body portion configured to support the tube thereon, such that the interior surface of the tube rests of the top surface of the body portion; and an end protector detachably secured to the distal end of the body portion via a quick-release, contact fastener. The end protector is configured to be detachably secured to the body portion, while remaining spaced away from the tube such that the tube does not interfere with connecting the end protector with the body portion.

MULTIPLE HIGH PRESSURE FLEXIBLE LANCE HOSE TAKE UP DRUM
A multiple flexible lance hose take-up drum apparatus or device in accordance with the present disclosure includes a base having three or more support legs and a hollow take-up drum assembly rotatably supported from the base. The drum assembly includes a hollow cylindrical shell, a bottom plate fastened to the shell, a high pressure fluid supply connection and a manifold positioned radially along a bottom plate of the shell for connection to one end of each of a plurality of flexible lance hoses. The base includes an L shaped support arm extending from the bases alongside the shell. A plurality of guide tubes are supported by the support arm and aligned over a rim of the shell for guiding flexible lance hoses into and out of the take-up drum assembly.

WIRE OUTLET NOZZLE ARRANGEMENT
A wire outlet nozzle arrangement includes a plurality of wire outlet nozzles situated in parallel with one another. Each of the wire outlet nozzles guides a winding wire in a wire feed device, wherein the wire outlet nozzles include an outlet opening, through which the winding wire guided in the wire outlet nozzle exits the respective wire outlet nozzles. The wire outlet nozzles are mounted so as to be at least partially movable in a direction perpendicular to the wire feed direction.

Fuel Level Sensor Having Dual Fluorescent Plastic Optical Fibers
An airplane fuel level optical sensor using one side-emitting plastic optical fiber (SPOF) and two fluorescent plastic optical fibers (FPOFs) to detect the airplane fuel level without using any electrically conductive component or element placed inside the fuel tank. This dual-FPOF sensor is capable of achieving high resolution and high accuracy with a one-time calibration in the actual airplane's fuel tank environment. One embodiment of the dual-FPOF sensor uses one SPOF and two FPOFs to detect fuel level change based on the optical signal output from the two FPOFs. The sensor design uses large-diameter (core and cladding), lightweight, low-cost and high-durability plastic optical fiber, which is very desirable for airplane installation.
