Technologies are described for restraining systems. The systems may comprise a base, a stationary arm, a swing arm, a rod, first straps, and second straps. A bottom end of the stationary arm may be attached to a first end of the base. A bottom end of the swing arm may be attached at a second end of the base. The rod may be attached to top ends of the stationary arm and the swing arm. First straps may be attached to the stationary arm and configured to loop around and support an object. Second straps may be attached to the swing arm and configured to loop around and support the object. The rod may move and push the top of the swing arm away from the top of the stationary arm. A friction force between the first and second straps and the object may be effective to restrain the object.

A stackable apparatus for mounting and feeding coiled or spooled wire or cable includes a turnable that includes a turntable having a top surface that includes concentric measurement circles and that defines a pair of radial channels. The turntable includes a plurality of posts that are length adjustable and positioned in the pair of radial channels, respectively, and configured to guide a coil or receive the spool. Each post includes a post slide portion correspondingly shaped to slide in a respective radial channel. The apparatus includes a base having a pair of support members each having a longitudinal configuration fixedly attached to one another in a transverse arrangement so as to form conjoined members, the conjoined members defining a bore. A hub is received in the bore and operable to receive a post depending from the turntable for providing freewheeling rotation of the turntable.

The apparatus comprising a frame, a handle attached to the frame, a plurality of wheels rotatably attached to the frame, securing structures attached to the frame, the securing structures securing the barrel pack to the frame and a footage counting assembly attached to the handle. The footage counting assembly counts the amount of footage of wire or cable passing through the footage counting assembly.

A thread dispenser for use when installing hair extensions comprised of a base supporting a spool on a vertical spindle. The top of the base has a guide with a catch to hold and guide the thread towards a cutter on top of the base. The cutter includes a cartridge with a replaceable blade. The blade is recessed and exposed through a mouth for safety. The base includes a plurality of needle holding apertures. Optionally included is a drawer in the base and a tension nut holding the spool onto the spindle.
