Yarn spindle packaging system and control method thereof, electronic device and storage medium
Provided is a yarn spindle packaging system, a control method thereof, an electronic device and a storage medium, relating to technical field of chemical fiber intellectualization. Specifically, the yarn spindle packaging system includes: a control apparatus, a dispatching apparatus, stand-alone devices, and AGV devices, the control apparatus generates demand information based on the working data returned from each stand-alone device, the dispatching apparatus generates a dispatching instruction based on the demand information and state information of the AGV devices, each stand-alone device receives the packaging task and the device control parameter corresponding thereto sent from the control apparatus, and the target AGV device receives the dispatching instruction corresponding thereto, determines a first and a second stand-alone devices corresponding thereto based on the dispatching instruction corresponding thereto and transports a target yarn spindle to be transported from the first to the second stand-alone device.
Plant and process for handling cardboard reels
System for handling cardboard reels to feed machines that produce cardboard tubes, comprising a station (P) for picking up the superimposed cardboard reels (1), a reel unwinding station (1) comprising at least one unwinding unit (UU) capable of supporting the reels to be unwound, in the unwinding station (U) being also provided splicing means configured to splice a tail portion (TY) of a reel (1 Y) being exhausted with a new reel (1W), and handling means (D) for moving the reels (1) along a predetermined path between the reel pick-up station (P) and the unwinding station (U). Said at least one unwinding unit (UU) comprises several supports (403; 404) mounted on a vertical axis carousel structure (G).
Canister-yarn tensioning assembly incorporating a pivoted yarn tensioner
A canister-yarn tensioning assembly is adapted for controlling tension in a running yarn drawn from a yarn supply package located within an open-top canister. A cylindrical adapter configured to reside at a mouth of the open-top canister. A yarn tensioner is attached by a hinge assembly at a peripheral flange of the adapter, and is configured for multiplanar movement between an operative position within the package transfer space and a package-replacement position outside of the package transfer space. Upon depleting the yarn supply package, the yarn tensioner is pivoted in a first plane at the hinge assembly to lift away from the package transfer space and then swivelled in a second plane at the hinge assembly to locate adjacent an outside wall of the canister.

PACKING SYSTEM FOR HEAT SET
A system has at least one winder configured to wind yarn to form a yarn package. At least one sampling and tying machine is configured to remove a portion of the yarn of the yarn package and tie off a free end of the yarn around the yarn package to inhibit the yarn package from unwinding. A dunnage supply area has therein at least one support structure for receiving a plurality of yarn packages thereon. A robotic arm is configured to: move the yarn package from the at least one winder to the at least one sampling and tying machine; move the yarn package from the at least one sampling and tying machine to at least one case assembly area; and stack the yarn package on a support structure in the at least one case assembly area.
