Method at a spinning machine and spinning machine
A method is performed at a spinning machine that includes a plurality of spinning stations at which different yarn lots are spun. The method transports tubes from multiple tube magazines to the spinning stations. At the spinning station, a yarn is spun from a sliver deposited in a can and is wound onto the tube. An identical marking associated with a respective one of the different yarn lots is provided on the following components: each of the tubes, each of the tube magazines, a display device at the spinning station, a monitor at a machine control system, the cans at the spinning station, and a service unit that travels alongside of the spinning stations.
Lifting system for inner yarn rails
A lifting system for inner yarn rails is provided. The system includes an in-air conveying rail, and a carrier unit, wherein the in-air conveying rail is configured to convey the carrier unit, and the carrier unit is configured to carry a winding package; an inner yarn-carrier-lifting section is arranged on the in-air conveying rail, the inner yarn-carrier-lifting section is positioned on both sides of a twisting machine; when the inner yarn-carrier-lifting section rises, it communicates with the in-air conveying rail; when the inner yarn-carrier-lifting section descends, it approaches the position of a spindle bucket of the twisting machine.
SYSTEM FOR HANDLING AND PROCESSING YARN
An apparatus for servicing a twisting machine. The apparatus includes an automated guided vehicle (AGV), a robotic arm having an end effector coupled to the AGV, and a rack carried by the AGV. The rack is configured to hold a plurality of empty tubes and a plurality of yarn packages. A controller that is configured to cause the robotic arm to grip, by the end effector, a handle of a row of the twisting machine, lower a receptacle of the twisting machine to a loading position, remove an empty tube from a first receptacle of the at least one receptacle, place the empty tube on the rack, lift a yarn package from the rack, place the yarn package on the first receptacle, grip the handle of the row of the plurality of rows of the twisting machine, and raise the at least one receptacle to the operational position.
Yarn storage system and method for producing textiles using such yarn storage system
A yarn storage container for storing a yarn, said storage container (101) comprising a, preferably tubular, container (101), having an axial length (L), a, preferably tubular, wall (501) and a first and second axial extremity (113-115), the first axial extremity (113) of said container (101) having an opening (123) for receiving an end of a yarn (200), said second axial extremity (115) of said container (101) being air-permeably closed, said wall (501) is air permeable by means of a plurality of openings (521-523) present along the axial length of said container (101). The invention further relates to a yarn storage system (1000) comprising a plurality of containers (101), to a textile production assembly (2000) and to methods of producing yarn (200) and textiles.

Filament winding device
A filament winding device (100) comprising a liner support device (42) supporting a liner (1), and a hoop winding device (43) that winds a fiber bundle (F) on to the outer peripheral surface (1S) of the liner (1) by rotating centered around the liner (1). The filament winding device (100) is characterized by being capable of simultaneously transporting the liner (1) and the hoop winding device (43), by having the liner support device (42) and the hoop winding device (43) arranged upon a trolley (40A), and moving the trolley (40A).
Reel with replaceable drum and a method for using same
A reel and a method for use of same are arranged for supporting a cable drum. The reel comprises a reeling device for controlling the cable and at least one drive unit for provision of rotation of the cable drum for out- and in-winding of the cable, where the reeling device comprises two cable guiding portions which in a position of use are held at a mutual distance and connected to a reeling carriage by brackets arranged in each of the end portions of the cable guiding portions. At least one portion of the reeling device is releasably arranged to the reeling carriage so that the cable guiding portion or parts of this may be lifted out of, or displaced to the side in the framework, so that the cable drum may be removed from the reel.
