HOT-MELT ADHESIVE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BONDED ARTICLE
A hot-melt adhesive comprising a thermoplastic resin and a first crystalline material, wherein when in differential scanning calorimetric measurement of the hot-melt adhesive, Tc (° C.) is a peak temperature of the highest peak of exothermic peaks observed in a temperature reduction process at 10° C./min following heating to 150° C. and Tm (° C.) is a peak temperature of the highest peak of endothermic peaks observed in a temperature increasing process at 10° C./min following the temperature reduction process, Tm-Tc is 20.0 to 70.0° C., and a tetrahydrofuran-soluble matter of the hot-melt adhesive has a weight-average molecular weight Mw, as measured by gel permeation chromatography, of 100,000 to 400,000.
MEDIUM-TRANSPORT APPARATUS AND MEDIUM-TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A medium-transport apparatus includes: an apparatus main body having the transport path for transporting the medium; and a cover CV provided on the side surface of the apparatus main body and configured to be switched between a first state of exposing the transport path and a second state of covering the transport path. The cover CV is divided into: a first cover that has the rotation shaft along a Z-axis and is rotatable with respect to the apparatus main body; and a second cover that is arranged on a −Z side of the first cover, has the rotation shaft along a Y-axis on the Z− side, and is rotatable with respect to the apparatus main body.
Thermal-transfer printing apparatus, thermal-transfer printing system, and reverse unit
A thermal-transfer printing apparatus includes a roll-paper-supplying unit that rotates an image-receiving paper roll and unwinds and winds a roll type of first image-receiving paper, and a print unit that includes a thermal head for heating a thermal transfer sheet and that forms an image by transferring a color material from the thermal transfer sheet to the first image-receiving paper. With the image-receiving paper roll removed, a reverse unit that reverses a sheet type of second image-receiving paper is mountable in a region in which the image-receiving paper roll used to be contained. The print unit forms the image on the first image-receiving paper in a first printing mode in which the image-receiving paper roll is contained in the region, and the print unit forms an image on both surfaces of the second image-receiving paper in a second printing mode in which the reverse unit is mounted on the region.
SHEET CONVEYOR UNIT AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM INCLUDING SAME
A sheet conveyor unit is connected to downstream side of an upstream side unit in a sheet conveying direction. The sheet conveyor unit includes a convey guide for receiving a sheet discharged from outlet of the upstream side unit. The convey guide is constituted of a pair of guide members disposed to face each other with a predetermined space therebetween. The guide members have the same shape and include base parts having guide surfaces that form a sheet conveying path when combined to face each other, and inclined parts bent to directions apart from the guide surfaces from one end of the base parts in the sheet conveying direction so as to form a receiving port. The convey guide is attached selectively to one of positions different in at least one of a height direction and the sheet conveying direction with respect to an apparatus main body.
Sheet supporting apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet supporting apparatus includes first and second units. The first unit includes a first housing, first and second lock portions, a first shaft configured to be supported rotatably with respect to the first housing and to turnably support the first lock portion, and a second shaft configured to be supported rotatably with respect to the first housing and to turnably support the second lock portion. The second unit includes a second housing and first and second engagement portions provided in the second housing and configured to engage respectively with the first and second lock portions. The first and second shafts are disposed such that extension lines of rotational axes of the first and second shafts cross with each other in a plan view.
LIQUID EJECTING APPARATUS AND RECORDING SYSTEM
A liquid ejecting apparatus includes a transport unit that transports a medium along a transport path, a liquid ejecting head that performs recording on the transported medium by ejecting liquid from a nozzle formed at a nozzle surface, a mounting portion on which a liquid storage portion for storing the liquid supplied to the liquid ejecting head is mounted, and a first discharge port that delivers the medium on which the recording is performed toward a media processing apparatus that performs processing on the medium, in which the mounting portion is disposed at a position higher than the nozzle surface, and a first transport path which is a portion of the transport path from a position corresponding to the liquid ejecting head to the first discharge port passes above the mounting portion.
SHEET SUPPORTING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APAPRATUS
A sheet supporting apparatus includes a first casing, a sheet supporting portion configured to be drawn out in a first direction, a first lock member pivotably supported around a first pivot shaft by the first casing between a first lock position and a first non-lock position, a second lock member pivotably supported around a second pivot shaft by the first casing between a second lock position and a second non-lock position, and a third lock member pivotably supported around a third pivot shaft by the first casing between a third lock position and a third non-lock position. The third lock member is disposed at a position different from the first lock member and the second lock member in the first direction and a second direction, the second direction being orthogonal to the first direction and a gravity direction.
SHEET CONVEYING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
To provide an image forming apparatus having a sheet processing apparatus installed in an in-body space, capable of discharging sheets of different sizes without interfering with discharge operation of the sheet processing apparatus in a compact configuration. An image forming apparatus has a sheet binding unit disposed in an in-body space part thereof, a first conveying path for conveying the sheet discharged to the in-body space part toward the sheet binding unit, and a second conveying path for conveying the sheet discharged to the in-body space part toward a second stack tray that stacks thereon the sheet vertically below a first stack tray disposed outside the in-body space part. The second conveying path extends, inside the in-body space part, substantially horizontally between an image forming part and the sheet binding unit.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes a sheet container accommodating a recording medium therein, a sheet separating feeder including a sheet feeding body and a sheet separating body, an image forming part, and a bend applier. The sheet feeding body feeds the recording medium along with a surface movement thereof while the recording medium contacting the surface thereof. The sheet separating body forms a sheet separation nip region with the sheet feeding body and sandwiches the recording medium in the sheet separation nip region. The sheet separating feeder separates and feeds the recording medium contacting the sheet feeding body. The image forming part forms an image on the recording medium. The bend applier having a leading end of an elastic material contacts and bends the recording medium before the sheet separation nip region and generates a wrinkle extending on the recording medium in a sheet conveying direction.
Sheet conveyor device and image forming system
A sheet conveyor device is to be attachably and detachably mounted to an external apparatus which forms an image on a sheet. The sheet conveyor device includes a judgement section, a speed determining section, and a conveyance controller. The judgement section determines which of a plurality of model groups the external apparatus belongs to based on specification information indicating specifications of the external apparatus. The speed determining section determines a conveyance speed at which the sheet is to be conveyed based on the determined model group. The conveyance controller directs conveyance of the sheet at the determined conveyance speed.
