Vane member for paper sheet conveyance impeller
The present invention relates to a vane member for a paper sheet conveyance impeller, which includes a rotatable cylindrical member, the vane member being provided with: a vane member body comprising a thermosetting polyurethane elastomer; and a plurality of core wires which comprise polyester fibers and are arranged along the axial direction of a rotary shaft of the cylindrical member. At least a portion of the core wires is embedded within the vane member body. The vane member may be disposed so as to protrude from the external peripheral surface of the rotatable cylindrical member.
Image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus can prevent an apparatus main body from moving when a recording medium storing cassette is extracted from the apparatus main body. The image forming apparatus has an apparatus main body, a recording medium storing cassette, and a manual feed tray arranged swingably over the recording medium storing cassette. The recording medium storing cassette has a first side face a handle part provided in the first side face. The manual feed tray has a second side face arranged continuous with the first side face. In a part over the handle part, between the first side face and the second side face, a supporting portion in the apparatus main body is arranged.
SHEET STORAGE DEVICE, IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS INCLUDING SHEET STORAGE DEVICE, AND SHEET POSITIONING MEMBER
A sheet storage device includes a sheet positioning member that is movable in a first direction, and positions a sheet by abutting on a side end portion of the sheet at a side in the first direction. The sheet positioning member includes a moving body, an abutting portion, a first and a second biasing member, and a bias removing portion. The moving body is configured to move in the first direction. The abutting portion is supported by the moving body to be movable in the first direction and configured to abut on the side end portion when the sheet positioning member positions the sheet. The first biasing member biases the abutting portion toward the side end portion. The second biasing member biases the abutting portion against a biasing force of the first biasing member. The bias removing portion removes a bias applied by the second biasing member.
APPARATUS BODY AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An apparatus body includes a housing, a drawer, a push-out mechanism, and a positioner. The drawer is attachable to and detachable from the housing. The push-out mechanism pushes out the drawer by a predetermined amount from a setting position at which the drawer is positioned in the housing. The positioner positions the drawer at the setting position in the housing. The positioner includes a fitting hole disposed in one of the housing and the drawer and a positioning pin disposed in the other of the housing and the drawer. The positioning pin positions the drawer at the setting position in the housing in response to fitting of the positioning pin into the fitting hole. The positioning pin and the fitting hole each have a form that releases the fitting in response to pushing out of the drawer by the predetermined amount from the setting position.
PINCH ROLLER MECHANISM AND PLOTTER
A pinch roller mechanism includes a rail, a slider, a roller bracket, a spring, and a pinch roller. The rail extends in a first direction crossing the conveyance direction of a medium while being apart from a medium driving roller configured to convey the medium. The slider is supported by the rail to be movable along the rail. The roller bracket is supported by the slider to be movable with respect to the medium driving roller. The spring is provided between the slider and the roller bracket and biases the roller bracket toward the medium driving roller. The pinch roller is rotatably supported by the roller bracket while setting the axial direction in the first direction.
PAPER FEED DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A paper feed device includes a cassette, a main body, an actuator, a first elastic member, and a guide member. The actuator reciprocates between first and second directions in the second direction intersecting the first direction. The first elastic member urges the actuator. The guide member includes a base end portion, a front end portion, and a guide unit. The guide unit includes an apex portion overhanging in an opposite direction to the second direction. The base end portion is located at a third position in the second direction. The front end portion is movable between the third and a fourth position separated more than at the first position in the second direction. The guide unit is provided so that the apex portion can be disposed at the same position as an end of the actuator in the second direction at the second position.
TRANSPORTATION APPARATUS AND PRINTING APPARATUS
A transportation portion includes an apparatus body, a cover, first and second path formation portions, and a movement portion. The apparatus body has a transportation path including a downward path and an upward path having portions located at the same level in the Z direction. The cover covers and uncovers the transportation path. The first path formation portion is movable to a first position and to a second position. The second path formation portion defines the upward path and defines the downward path with the first path formation portion. The movement portion moves the first path formation portion in response to opening or closing of the cover. The first path formation portion is positioned in a movement area during a closed state. The movement portion moves the first path formation portion to the second position when the cover is opened and to the first position when the cover is closed.
FEEDING DEVICE
A feeding unit includes: a retard roller; a holder section; a protruding section; an accommodating section; a pressing section; a first restricting section; and a second restricting section. The holder section rotatably holds the retard roller. The protruding section serves as a rocking fulcrum of the holder section. The accommodating section accommodates the holder section. The pressing section presses the holder section. The first restricting section restricts movement of the holder section in a retreating direction. The second restricting section restricts movement of the holder section in a direction opposite to the retreating direction. The pressing section is arranged so as to deviate in a Y direction with respect to a virtual line passing through a middle point of the protruding section and a middle point of the first restricting section. The holder section comes into contact with the first restricting section and the second restricting section.
Printing apparatus and tray unit
A printing apparatus includes a tray on which a sheet is to be stacked, a container configured to store the tray such that the tray can be pulled out, a first guide unit configured to guide a slide of the tray in a pull-out direction, a second guide unit spaced apart from the first guide unit in a widthwise direction, a first regulating portion provided in the container and configured to regulate, by abutting against the tray, a tilt of the tray to one direction in the widthwise direction; and a second regulating portion provided in the container and configured to regulate, by abutting against the tray, a tilt of the tray to the other direction in the widthwise direction.
Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus incorporating the sheet feeding device
A sheet feeding device includes a contact member and a lock member. The contact member is configured to rotate from a retracted position to a contact position while a sliding portion of the lock member is sliding on a sliding target portion of the contact member and to rotate to the contact position to release the sliding portion of the lock member from the sliding target portion of the contact member. The lock member is configured to rotate between a locked position and a lock released position by a lock biasing force when the lock member moves in a lock direction of the lock member from the lock released position toward the locked position. The contact member has the lock target body and the sliding target portion at different positions from each other in a rotation center axial direction of the contact member.
