Disclosed is a sheet conveyance guide unit. The sheet conveyance guide unit includes a first sheet guide member which is of a sheet-like shape and which guides a sheet on which an image is formed and a second sheet guide member which is of a sheet-like shape and which is attached on a sheet guide surface of the first sheet guide member. A length of the second sheet guide member in a direction which crosses a sheet conveying direction is smaller than that of the first sheet guide member.

A sheet transfer guide, which is disposed along a sheet conveyance passage through which a sheet passes, provided to guide the sheet, and is included in an image forming apparatus and an image reading device, includes a base material, a coat layer formed on the base material and having a surface roughness smaller than a surface roughness of the base material, and a guide face to which the sheet contacts. The coat layer is formed on the guide face.
DRIVE TRANSMISSION APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
The present disclosure provides a drive transmission apparatus capable of reducing vibration of rotating member. The apparatus includes a shaft, a pin, and a rotating member. The rotating member is engaged with the shaft by the pin and rotates with the shaft. A protruded portion is provided on one of an outer circumferential surface of the shaft and an inner circumferential surface of the rotating member. The rotating member is attached to the shaft with the protruded portion in pressure contact with another one of the outer circumferential surface of the shaft and the inner circumferential surface of the rotating member, so that swinging of the rotating member around the pin is restricted.

There is provided a roller including: a shaft, and an elastic body portion that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft, in which the elastic body portion includes a plurality of first recessed portions which are provided on one side of the roller in a shaft mounting direction at intervals in a circumferential direction of the roller and each have a bottom portion, and a plurality of second recessed portions which are provided on the other side of the roller in the shaft mounting direction at intervals in the circumferential direction of the roller and each have a bottom portion, and in which each of the first recessed portions is positioned between the adjacent second recessed portions in the circumferential direction of the roller in the side view of the roller in the shaft mounting direction.

A roller includes a shaft, and an elastic body portion that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft, in which the elastic body portion includes an inner peripheral portion which becomes a shaft side, an outer peripheral portion which becomes an outer side with respect to the inner peripheral portion, a plurality of first connection portions which connect the inner peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion, and a plurality of second connection portions which are provided in a space portion between the adjacent first connection portions and which partition the space portion into one side and the other side of the roller in the axial direction, and in which the first connection portion is inclined in the same direction in a peripheral direction with respect to a radial direction of the roller.
EMBOSSED GUSSETED CONTAINER AND ROLL
A packaging container includes an expandable plastic body having a front wall and a back wall, and a top, a bottom, and sides. Each side of the body has a gusset portion extending along a length thereof. Each gusset portion has gusset segments and a pair of adjacent gusset segments are joined along a common fold line. Each gusset segment has an inner surface and an outer surface. At least one of the gusset segments has an embossed section. The embossed section has a plurality of mounds protruding from one of the inner and outer surfaces and a plurality of depressions corresponding to the mounds within the other of said inner and outer surfaces. A roll for forming a packaging container, and method, are also disclosed.
SHEET CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet conveyance device includes a driving rotation device, a driven rotation device, and a supporting device including first and second restriction surfaces and supporting the driven rotation device. The driving rotation device rotates by receiving rotational driving force and drives the driven rotation device to rotate at a position facing the driving rotation device. The driven rotation device includes a driven rotation member contacting the driving rotation device, a cylindrical shaft having a cylindrical shape that rotatably supports the driven rotation member, and a restriction member that is at least partially inserted in an inner circumference side of the cylindrical shaft. A position of the cylindrical shaft is restricted in a width direction crossing the sheet conveyance direction by the restriction member contacting the first restriction surface, and movement of the cylindrical shaft in a rotational direction is restricted by the restriction member contacting the second restriction surface.
Roller support mechanism, sheet conveying device including roller support mechanism, image forming apparatus
A roller support mechanism includes a pair of support plates, concave groove portions, and sliding bearing portions. The support plates are formed from an elastic material and disposed to face each other. The concave groove portions are formed in the support plates and each include an opening portion, two arc rims, and a straight line rim. The arc rims extend in a groove depth direction of the concave groove portion from opposite ends of the opening portion. The straight line rim extends straightly and connects extention ends of the arc rims. The sliding bearing portions have bearing holes in which a rotation shaft of a roller member is inserted. In a state where the rotation shaft is inserted in the bearing holes, the sliding bearing portions are pressed into the concave groove portions so as to be in close contact with their inner circumferential surfaces and unrotatably attached to them.
Paper feeding roller
Provided is a paper feeding roller in which recesses due to deformation are unlikely to be formed even when contact with another roller in one location continues for a comparatively long period of time, particularly as a conveying roller or the like. A paper feeding roller that has a shaft measuring 6 mm in exterior diameter pressure-welded to the outer circumferential surface under a load of 600 g in a high-temperature environment of 60 C. for 24 hours is left at room temperature for eight hours while being pressure-welded, after which the recess amount obtained using the difference (T).sub.0T.sub.1, between the thickness T.sub.1 (mm) of the position where the shaft was pressure-welded and the thickness T.sub.0 (mm) of a position where the shaft was not pressure-welded, is 0.1 mm or less.

There is provided a roller including: a roller body part; and a rubber part attached to the roller body part, the rubber part including: a rubber body part provided on an outer circumference of the roller body part; and a side extending part extending on a side face of the roller body part from a side face of the rubber body part, wherein the roller body part has a recess portion formed on the side face of the roller body part, and into which the side extending part is fitted.
