A method of administering the contents of a dental impression kit. The method includes sending a dental impression kit to a user, receiving one or more photos of the user's mouth, the one or more photos having been taken while the dental appliance is positioned at least partially within the user's mouth, receiving the initial dental impression created by the user by administering the initial dental assembly, and receiving the redundant dental impression created by the user by administering the redundant dental assembly. The initial dental impression and the redundant dental impression provide information necessary to manufacture a plurality of dental aligners specific to the user and being configured to reposition one or more teeth of the user.

The adapter comprises a surgical section provided at the second end for connecting to a surgical device, an engagement section provided at the first end adapted to engage an insertion device, and a support section for connecting to a retainer. The surgical section comprises, on a side of the first end, a force or torque transmission means for the surgical device and, on the first end, an attachment element for a removable connection to the implant is placed. The support section comprises an at least partially non-circular shape such that the adapter is removable by rotating the adapter around its longitudinal axis.

An oral appliance hanging device of embodiments of the disclosed technology has a horizontal base supporting vertical walls on top of which are concave indentations opening upwards. Some of the vertical walls can form the upward-facing receptacles and some of the vertical walls can attach to a support base, such as a horizontally-disposed support base. The vertical walls can be spaced apart from each other forming a vertical portal and can include some which are connected only to other vertically disposed walls and some which are connected to the support base. In this manner, liquid can drip on either side or between two vertical walls and on to the support base. Side flanges extending upwards from the horizontal support base and, in some embodiments, forming a unitary structure therewith hold liquid, such as that which drips downwards there-on, until the support base is tilted allowing the liquid to exit or wiped clean.

An apparatus and method for a dental tool holder for use with a cassette assembly for cleaning and preparing dental tools for use. The dental tool holder includes a body with a set of openings. A set of slits extend through the exterior of the body to the openings for the insertion of tools. Opposite of the openings, a valley can be formed in the body at each slit. Additionally, slots can be provided between each set of one slit and one opening.
