Sheet processing machine
A sheet processing machine with a transfer mechanism for moving sheets along a handling direction of the sheet processing machine and with a waste evacuation device (36) for releasing the sheets. The transfer mechanism comprises a sheet handling element (28) for moving a sheet, the sheet handling element (28) comprising at least one sliding element (54). The sheet handling element (28) is adapted to release the sheet when passing the waste evacuation device (36). The waste evacuation device comprises at least one alignment element (38) adapted to interact with the at least one sliding element (54) for minimizing deformation of the sheet handling element (28) when passing the waste evacuation device (36).
Winding device
A winding device including: a merging equipment, for merging a passing first diaphragm, a passing cathode pole piece, a passing second diaphragm and a passing anode pole piece to form a combined material strip; a first pole-piece-processing equipment, for cutting off the passing cathode pole piece, separating from each other a first upstream cut-off end and a first downstream cut-off end, and connecting them with a tape; a winding equipment, including a turret and at least two winding needles, the turret driving each of the winding needles to pass by a first station and a second station sequentially; and a guiding roller and a cutting-off equipment.
Reel spooling device
A reel spooling device includes a reel adapted to store a spooled length of hose or conduit and a lead screw mechanically coupled to the reel and configured to rotate about a longitudinal axis when the reel rotates. A guide cartridge is seated on the lead screw and configured to reciprocate between opposing first and second ends of said lead screw. The guide cartridge includes a first pair of rollers which are spaced relative to each other and rotatable about first and second axes, defining a first restriction. A second pair of rollers are spaced relative to each other and rotatable about third and fourth axes, defining a second restriction. The first, second, third and fourth axes are each generally parallel, and the first and second restrictions are separated relative to a longitudinal direction in which the hose or conduit passes through the guide cartridge.
Winding device
A winding device includes: a first unwinding equipment, a second unwinding equipment, a third unwinding equipment and a fourth unwinding equipment, respectively configured for outputting a first diaphragm, a cathode pole piece, a second diaphragm and an anode pole piece; a merging equipment, configured for merging passing material strip layers; a pole-piece-inserting equipment, configured for cutting off the passing cathode pole piece, and transporting a starting end of the cathode pole piece downstream; a winding equipment, including a turret and at least two winding needles, the turret is adapted to drive each of the winding needles to pass by a first station and a second station sequentially; and a guiding roller, the layers of material strip located between the first station and the second station winding through the guiding roller.
Dispenser for a continuous strip of a substrate supporting bend-sensitive items
A packaging dispenser for bend-resistant items. In some embodiments, the dispenser includes a container storing bags of cables in an alternating folded pattern. In some embodiments, a vertically floating dispensing guide guides the bags through a slot in the container. The dispensing guide is configured and arranged to limit over-bending of the items as the items are dispensed through the slot and to stabilize the folded pattern.
