Manufacturing machine (9) and method for manufacturing a cylindrical electrochemical cell (2) consisting of a spiral winding of a composite material (8) comprising at least two conductor bands (4, 6) and at least two separator bands (5, 7) overlapping one another. They are provided: a plurality of winding heads (13), each of which supports a holding device (14) which is configured to grab an end of the composite material (8) and to rotate on itself around a first rotation axis (15) so as to obtain a spiral winding of the composite material (8); a drum (11) which supports the winding heads (13) and is rotatably mounted to rotate with a continuous law of motion around a second rotation axis (12) so as to move the winding heads (13) along a processing path (P2); and a feeding unit (10) configured to feed the composite material (8) to the winding heads (13). A segment of the processing path (P2) is substantially straight and each holding device (14) is configured to grab one end of the composite material (8) and hence start the spiral winding of the composite material (8) while the corresponding winding head (13) moves along the substantially straight segment of the processing path (P2).
FILM TEARING DEVICE AND FILM TEARING METHOD

A winding device and a winding method. The winding device includes a winding mechanism configured to wind an electrode plate to form an electrode assembly. The winding mechanism includes: a winding needle assembly, including an inner winding needle and an outer winding needle surrounding the inner winding needle; and a piezoelectric assembly, disposed between the outer winding needle and the inner winding needle and configured to control the outer winding needle to move relative to the inner winding needle to adjust a circumference of the outer winding needle.

The disclosure provides a cell winding device. The device includes a cell unloading apparatus, comprising: a frame, a first clamping assembly, a second clamping assembly, a third clamping assembly, a fourth clamping assembly and a driving assembly. The first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are arranged on the frame at an interval along a first direction and are movable respectively to clamp or release the cell. The third clamping assembly and the fourth clamping assembly are arranged on the frame at an interval along a second direction, and are movable respectively to clamp or release the cell.

Tape feeding device
A tape supply device is disclosed. The tape supply device comprises a supply roll supplying a tape having a first surface and a second surface formed opposite to the first surface; and a clamp gripping an end of the tape drawn from the supply roll. The clamp includes a first fixing part movable in an up-down direction, the first fixing part positioned above the tape, the first fixing part facing the first surface; a second fixing part positioned below the first fixing part, the second fixing part positioned below the tape, the second fixing part facing the second surface, and the second fixing part movable in the up-down direction, the second fixing part including a through hole; and a push rod positioned below the second fixing part. When the second fixing part moves down, the push rod passes through the through hole and protrudes upward from the second fixing part.
