The large textile piece folding portion may include a plurality of folding devices configured to impart a plurality of primary folds on the large size textile piece based on data received by the large piece sensor beam. The small textile piece folding portion may include a deflector for positioning and stacking a small size textile piece on a small piece draping bar.

The rotatable drum portion also has a plurality of ports communicative between an inner surface and an outer surface. The ports extend along and around the drum portion. The first rotatable roller emits a pressurized fluid. A second rotatable roller has an outer surface arranged proximate to the outer surface of the rotatable drum portion of the first rotatable roller, and a heat source portion to heat the second rotatable roller to dry the sheet product. The second rotatable roller rotates in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction. A gap is defined between the second rotatable roller and the first rotatable roller through which the sheet product passes.

An apparatus and method for stretch wrapping of a palletized load uses film tension feedback derived from a film tension control load cell to control film dispensation. The load cell measures film tension and the film payout rates is determined by the film tension. Film tension values are used to determine when an out of bounds condition occurs, namely, when a film break has occurred, or when a possible film break is about to occur or when the film has been cut at the end of a wrapping cycle. To prevent film free end entanglement caused by a break, clamps engage the film so the film tail is controlled, eliminating the risk of recoil. The broken film tail may then be quickly and reliably reattached to the rotating load in a desired position.

The sheet discharge device includes a sheet discharge port, a discharge member, a sheet discharge tray, and a blower mechanism. The blower mechanism includes an air blow hole for blowing off an air flow from upward to the sheets discharged through the sheet discharge port, and a blower device coupled to the air blow hole to generate the air flow. The air blow hole, being provided upward of the sheet discharge port, is placed in at least one pair or more on both sides of a center of the sheet in its widthwise direction perpendicular to the discharge direction, and the air flow derived from the air blow hole is blown off diagonally downward from outside to inside of the widthwise direction.

The control portion selectively executes a first mode in which the type of the sheet supported by the supporting portion is set by information detected by the type detection portion while the sheet is fed, and a second mode in which the type of the sheet supported by the supporting portion is set by the information input by the type input portion to execute feeding of the sheet. The control portion executes a setting process of setting an air blowing operation to be executed in the first mode, and a choosing process of choosing one of the first mode and the second mode.
