An elevator car has a balustrade arranged on a roof of the elevator car, wherein the balustrade includes posts, that are attached on a horizontal upper side of the roof, and post-connecting crossmembers. For each post, a docking element is arranged on the upper side of the roof, and the post can be docked on the docking element. The docking element has form-fitting elements in the form of fingers for accommodating the post in a form-fitting manner and the post has slots or apertures, that are complementary to the fingers, the fingers engaging in the slots or the apertures. The docking element is a flattened component made up of two stacked plates and is screwed to the roof. The balustrade is secured by obliquely running supporting profiles extending between the handrail and the roof.

SYSTEM AND METHOD OF A PANEL ASSEMBLY FOR AIR TREATMENT

Elevator systems are provided. The systems include an elevator car movable along an elevator shaft, the shaft having a pit floor and a shaft top, the elevator car having an elevator car door sill. A plurality of landings are arranged along the elevator shaft, wherein each landing has a landing door. A car apron assembly is provided that includes a car apron attached to the elevator car at the elevator car door sill, a first triggering element connected to at least one landing door, and a second triggering element operably connected to the car apron. The car apron is deployable from a stowed state to a deployed state when the first triggering element engages and actuates the second triggering element.

Elevator device

Provided is an elevator device including a main rope configured to support a car and a counterweight, a hoisting machine configured to be driven with the main rope wound therearound, a hoisting-machine controller configured to control the hoisting machine, a car brake controller configured to control a car brake device configured to apply a load to car rails to control raising and lowering of the car, and a vibration detection device configured to detect vibration of the car. When the vibration of the car is detected based on an output signal from the vibration detection device under a running state in which the hoisting-machine controller controls drive of the hoisting machine, the car brake controller controls the car brake device to generate a braking force until the vibration becomes smaller than a set value.

Connecting device and method for connecting a wall element in an elevator car

An elevator car has a connecting device and at least one wall element, wherein the connecting device connects the at least one wall element with a bare ceiling of the elevator car. The connecting device includes a rail element with two legs, of which a first leg bears in the mounted state against the bare ceiling and a second leg has a mounting surface for the at least one wall element. The mounting surface has a first hole for suspending the at least one wall element. The at least one wall element has a suspension element at an edge which faces upwardly in the mounted state for engaging into the first hole of the connecting device.

Safety brake configuration for elevator application

An adjacent safety configuration for an elevator includes a second pair of safeties displaced from a first pair of safeties by at least 0.1 seconds of travel time at a rated speed of the elevator. An adjacent safety configuration for an elevator including a second pair of safeties displaced from the first pair of safeties to provide a predetermined time period before the second pair of safeties pass over a point on a guide rail previously passed over by the first pair of safeties to permit the guide rail surface to decrease by a predetermined temperature. A method of spacing an adjacent safety configuration for an elevator system including de-rating a pair of trailing safeties with respect to a pair of leading safeties as a function of a rated speed of the elevator and a spacing between the pair of trailing safeties and the pair of leading safeties.

Method for controlling an elevator lighting and an elevator

The elevator comprising a car moving upwards and downwards in a well, a controller controlling the elevator, and a well lighting. The method comprises detecting a manual unlocking or a manual opening of a landing door, activating the well lighting automatically when the controller detects a manual unlocking or a manual opening of a landing door.
