Method and system for transporting a workpiece in a manufacturing environment
A method for transporting a workpiece from an initial work cell to a subsequent work cell in a manufacturing environment having a plurality of work cells, the workpiece is supported by a support beam. The method includes monitoring the initial work cell for presence of a ready-to-move condition and monitoring the subsequent work cell for presence of a ready-to-receive condition. When both the ready-to-move condition and the ready-to-receive condition are present, the method includes interfacing the support beam with a gantry and, after the interfacing, moving the support beam with the gantry from the initial work cell to the subsequent work cell.
DAVIT ARM BASE AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME

This crane, which has a revolving body that supports a boom, includes: a traveling vehicle body that has a main frame that supports the revolving body, and runs on electricity; a left outrigger support section and a right outrigger support section provided at the rear of the main frame so as to be shifted back and forth; and a power supply unit having a rechargeable battery that supplies the electricity to the traveling vehicle body, wherein the power supply unit includes a current conversion unit which is in a space above the right end of the left outrigger support section of the traveling vehicle body and on the right side of the main frame, and converts the alternating current supplied from the charging port into direct current and sends the direct current to the rechargeable battery.

A kit of parts for use in demountably configuring a variety of structural assemblies. A kit may comprise a plurality of cylindrical structural components configured for engagement with various types of male connector components along the sides or at the ends of the cylindrical structural components, there provided for demountable engagement of a female-end socket component at the end of another cylindrical structural component. The kit may additionally comprise components for one or more of roller carriage assemblies and/or one or more of sliding carriage assemblies configured for rolling or sliding movement along rail assemblies comprising a plurality of cylindrical, square, rectangular, or octagonal track components. The rail assemblies may be supported by bases comprising the cylindrical structural components and other components such as weight components, as well as threaded foot components or threaded caster components on which the rail assemblies can be adjustably levelled.

Adaptive boom guy cable support and guy cable system, and adjustment method
A cable support is used for being mounted on a boom, and comprises two trusses symmetrically arranged with respect to the boom. In a first projection plane perpendicular to the length direction of the boom, truss rods of the trusses are arranged in a triangular shape. One end of a second truss rod and one end of a third truss rod are hingedly connected to two ends of a first truss rod, respectively. The other end of the second truss rod is hingedly connected to the other end of the third truss rod. The lengths of the first truss rod, the second truss rod and the third truss rod are all adjustable. The two ends of the first truss rod are respectively provided with detachable connection portions adapted to the boom, and the second truss rod or the third truss rod is provided with a cable rope guide portion.
