APPARATUS FOR HANGING DOORS
A door hanging apparatus includes a base for ground contact. A height adjustment bracket is located above the base and includes a lifting platform for supporting an underside of a door. A leadscrew assembly, including a leadscrew, interconnects the base and the height adjustment bracket. The leadscrew assembly operates to vary spacing between the base and the height adjustment bracket in response to rotation of the leadscrew.

Pallet Rack Moving System
An apparatus for lifting and moving a pallet rack includes a lifting portion and a supporting portion. The lifting portion and the supporting portion are in telescoping relation to each other and joined by a threaded rod. A swiveling caster is connected to the supporting portion, and a drive shaft is coupled to the threaded rod, with the drive shaft preferably extending out of the lifting portion. A vertical base plate is removably coupled to the lifting portion and includes at least one primary attachment point for attaching a bracket. The bracket is removably affixed to at least one primary attachment point, and preferably includes several secondary attachment points arranged to align with mounting points on the pallet rack so the pallet rack can be lifted by rotating the drive shaft.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LIFTING AND TRANSPORTING A SHELVING SYSTEM
Presented herein is a system and method for moving a shelving system includes a plurality of contact members, a plurality of lifting mechanisms, and a plurality of cross members. A single lifting mechanism is coupled with each end of each of the plurality of contact members. The coupling between a lifting mechanisms and an end of a contact member is secured with a locking mechanism. Each cross member is coupled with two adjacent contact members or the lifting mechanisms therewith. The lifting mechanisms may be activated to raise or lowered the contact members coupled therewith, for example by rotating a hand crank. As the contact members are raised, they engage the feet of the shelving system and raise the shelving system off of the floor. The shelving system may then be moved to a desired location.

Height-adjustable support device for semi-trailers or the like
A support device, preferably for commercial vehicles such as semi-trailers, includes an inner support tube and an outer support tube moveable relative to one another along a longitudinal axis in a retraction and extension direction; a spindle rotated via a gear section and is arranged such that the spindle is stationary relative to the outer support tube; and a spindle nut which is mounted on the spindle, wherein the spindle nut is fixed on a mounting region of the inner support tube, and the mounting region is configured as a support edge facing the longitudinal axis.

Method and apparatus for jackscrew with integral drive nut grease fitting
An improved device and method of lubrication for a tongue jack, 5th wheel jack, or other jack or other threaded positioning device. Ports are provided in the inner and outer tubes of the jack. The aligned ports provide access to a lubrication cavity in the jacknut. The lubrication cavity may include a grease fitting such as a zerk fitting. When the ports are in alignment, a grease gun can be inserted easily to the zerk fitting to apply grease to the interior structure of the nut as well as to the threads of the jackscrew. The lubricant may be introduced directly at a region of contact between a screw and the load bearing element. Applicant's test results show that this improved lubrication can increase the life cycle of the jack by more than 100%.
