Method and system for coil stacking
11787646 · 2023-10-17 · ·

A method and system for stacking coils in which a coil stacker lifting head can be used to raise one or more coils from a conveyor assembly. The coil stacker lifting head can be automatically actuated using a actuating cylinder and a counter balance cylinder. The coil stacker lifting head can include an expanding mandrel to grab opposite edges of the coil and lift the coil. One or more of the coils can be lifted from a conveyor assembly by the coil stacker lifting head. After the one or more coils are lifted, a carriage assembly can transport the lifted one or more coils to a desired position. Once the one or more coils reach the desired position, the one or more coils are lowered to a surface. Upon reaching the surface, the mandrel automatically collapses to release the one or more coils and the mandrel is released from the coils.

Jack units attach skates to an object to be moved. Each jack unit has a tongue that slidably engages a coupling slot affixed to the object, and can be operated to raise or lower the tongue; when raised, the object is supported on the skates and can be rolled to a new location. A crane can attach to lift eyes on the jack units to allow the system to be lifted with the skates attached to the object, avoiding the risk to operators of positioning the skates under the object while it is suspended. Rotation-limiting structures can be selectively employed to block rotation of the trailing skates to facilitate steering when rolling the object supported by the system. The coupling slots can be provided in coupling elements which can attach directly to the object or which can be employed to form a freestanding frame to which the object is secured.

JACK DEVICE AND WORK MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH SAME

Provided is a jack device rendering an operation of changing the posture of a jack cylinder easy without using a device that actively changes the posture. The jack device includes an arm, a jack body including the jack cylinder, and a reaction-force application unit supported by the arm. The reaction-force application unit makes a reaction-force moment act on the jack body in all postures from the upright posture to the storage posture in response to a force applied from the jack body. The reaction-force application unit makes a reaction-force moment greater than a self-weight moment act on the jack body in the storage posture and makes a reaction-force moment smaller than the self-weight moment act on the jack body in the upright posture.

Hydraulic jack

The present disclosure provides a hydraulic jack, including a base as a carrier for mounting other components; an inner cylinder barrel vertically fixed to the base, a sliding cavity being formed in the inner cylinder barrel; an outer cylinder barrel vertically and slidably fitted outside the inner cylinder barrel; a valve plug assembly slidably fitted in the sliding cavity, and the valve plug assembly being rigidly connected to the outer cylinder barrel via a valve plug rod and being able to slide synchronously with the outer cylinder barrel; a valve plug driving assembly mounted on the outer cylinder barrel; and a supporting component mounted on the side wall of the outer cylinder barrel in an up-down adjustable mode. The hydraulic jack of the present disclosure is compact in structure, high in strength, high in load capacity, long in stroke, and safe and reliable in use.

Apparatus for lifting a vehicle top
