WHEEL LIFT
20170232793 · 2017-08-17 ·

A wheel lift comprises a frame having ground engaging elements, a four bar linkage structure supported by the frame, lifting arms extending from the four bar linkage and for receiving and supporting a wheel and a handle for operating the four bar linkage to raise and lower the wheel. The frame defines an open space for receiving a wheel, for example a vehicle wheel. The lifting arms may be raised and lowered and locked in position to aid in removing and/or mounting vehicle wheels.

AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE JACK SYSTEM
20220306438 · 2022-09-29 ·

An autonomous jack system. The system provides an autonomous jack housed in a storage condition under a vehicle. The autonomous jack having an extensible jack arm pivotably connected to a body with a motive source and lockable tracks to exit its storage condition and traverse uneven terrain and lock its track at a point there along. The system embodies placing lift points along the underside of a vehicle, each lift point associated with a wheel that may need to be lifted off a supporting surface. The lift point includes an identifier that may send an indication of the lift point to the autonomous jack having sensors to read the indication and navigate the supporting surface. The lift point is identified through a computer-implemented control panel operated by a user. The jack arm terminates in a hand dimensioned and adapted to operatively associate with the identified lift point.

TIRE LIFTER

A tire lifter is provided having a horizontal frame in a vertical support, the horizontal frame providing for wheel movement of the tire lifter. A drive lift mechanism is positioned within the vertical upright of the frame and includes a screw drive that is used to raise and lower a pair of support arms which cradle a tire or a tire and wheel combination. Further, the support arms which cradle the tire can also be adjusted in a forward and rearward direction to allow for easier placement of a tire relative to an automobile.

A lift machine includes a base having a first end and a second end, a first assembly, and a second assembly. The first end has first and second pivot points defining a first lateral axis. The second end has third and fourth pivot points defining a second lateral axis. The first assembly is pivotably coupled to the first and second pivot points. The first assembly extends away from the base in a first direction such that first and second tractive elements are longitudinally offset from the first lateral axis and spaced from the first end of the base. The second assembly is pivotably coupled to the third and fourth pivot points. The second assembly extends away from the base in a second direction such that third and fourth tractive elements are longitudinally offset from the second lateral axis and spaced from the second end of the base.
