PARKING SYSTEM
A parking system is described. The system includes a parking tower. The parking tower includes at least two levels and a vertical passageway. A vehicle gripping system is provided. The vehicle gripping system includes a 5 vertical lift frame vertically movable in the passageway. The vehicle gripping system also includes a horizontal slide frame slidably coupled to the vertical lift frame and horizontally movable relative to the vertical lift frame and across each level. A sliding wheel gripper is slidably coupled to and extending downwards from the horizontal slide frame, for releasably gripping a vehicle 10 by gripping the wheels of the vehicle. The sliding wheel gripper is longitudinally slidable along the horizontal slide frame between a release position and a gripping position.

Independent drive motors for machinery positioning apparatus having independent lifting motors
A lifting apparatus and controller therefore, where the lifting apparatus includes independently driven lifting columns and independently driven wheels that are controlled by a controller having a number of sensors such as limit sensors, position sensors, rotation sensors, laser sensors, torque sensors and the like. The independent motors for lifting and driving may also be removed easily to provide for improved servicing and maintenance. The various sensor signals are used to calculate, coordinate and calibrate the apparatus for precise and safe movement by the motors in order to perform lifting and positioning operations, for example rail car repair and service.

Lifter
A lifter includes a support base, a first elevating stand assembly, a first elevating-drive mechanism, a turning-drive mechanism and a bracket mechanism. A lower portion of the first elevating stand assembly is provided with two sets of first fixing racks. The support base is symmetrically mounted on the first fixing racks. One side of the first elevating stand assembly is provided with a first elevating-drive mechanism. A first elevating stand is installed inside the first elevating stand assembly. The first elevating-drive mechanism drives the first elevating stand to move through the transmission mechanism. The turning-drive mechanism is provided with a support base. One end of the support base is hinged to a movable support frame. The other end of the support base is provided with a locking assembly. The turning-drive mechanism is provided with a bracket mechanism.
Lifter
A lifter includes a support base, a first elevating stand assembly, a first elevating-drive mechanism, a turning-drive mechanism and a bracket mechanism. A lower portion of the first elevating stand assembly is provided with two sets of first fixing racks. The support base is symmetrically mounted on the first fixing racks. One side of the first elevating stand assembly is provided with a first elevating-drive mechanism. A first elevating stand is installed inside the first elevating stand assembly. The first elevating-drive mechanism drives the first elevating stand to move through the transmission mechanism. The turning-drive mechanism is provided with a support base. One end of the support base is hinged to a movable support frame. The other end of the support base is provided with a locking assembly. The turning-drive mechanism is provided with a bracket mechanism.
TWO-POST VEHICLE LIFT AND ADAPTER SYSTEM FOR MATERIAL HANDLING VEHICLES
A two-post vehicle lift system includes first and second posts extending longitudinally upwards from a floor. First and second carriages are slidably engaged with the first and second posts respectively. First and second swing arms are pivotally attached to the first carriage. Third and fourth swing arms are pivotally attached to the second carriage. First, second, third and fourth swing arm platforms are engaged with the first, second, third and fourth swing arms respectively. Each swing arm platform is positionable radially relative to its engaged swing arm. An adapter system is engageable with at least one swing arm platform and operable to be positioned to engage and lift a material handling vehicle. The adapter system includes one of a low profile adapter with a height adjustment mechanism, a low profile adapter with an outrigger arm capture mechanism, and an extended profile adapter with an outrigger arm capture mechanism.
Removable Container Shipping Safety Frame for Vehicle
The present invention provides an automated removable frame system for transporting vehicles in a container. The frame system is be assembled in the container, the vehicles are loaded on the frame system, the container is shipped to the location, the vehicles are unloaded from the frame system, and the frame system is disassembled and returned to the manufacture or stored for later use.
