A transfer device comprising an automatic lifting unit, the transfer device includes: a barcode reader for reading a barcode attached to a box accommodating a bobbin loaded with raw materials; a fork unit for chucking the bobbin; a traveling drive unit; and a control unit. The control unit controls Z-axis centering of the fork unit in conjunction with the barcode reader and the distance sensor, X-axis centering of the fork unit in conjunction with the chucking sensor, and Z-axis elevation and Y-axis movement of the fork unit, respectively, to automatically control lifting of the bobbin.

A safety barrier for a loading dock lift that includes a lift platform that can be raised and lowered. The safety barrier includes a sleeve attached to the lift platform extending along a vertical axis. The sleeve includes guides to define open and closed positions of said gate and said shaft includes a pin that interacts with the guides to produce rotation of said gate between open and closed positions. Consequently each embodiment gate automatically closes due to gravity whenever the lift is raised off the ground and thereby assures that that gates are locked in position when the lift platform has been raised a short distance.

A safety barrier for a loading dock lift that includes a lift platform that can be raised and lowered. The safety barrier includes a sleeve attached to the lift platform extending along a vertical axis. The sleeve includes guides to define open and closed positions of said gate and said shaft includes a pin that interacts with the guides to produce rotation of said gate between open and closed positions. Consequently each embodiment gate automatically closes due to gravity whenever the lift is raised off the ground and thereby assures that that gates are locked in position when the lift platform has been raised a short distance.

According to an embodiment of the present discloser a refrigerator includes a body and a drawer. The body includes a storage compartment. The drawer is insertable or withdrawable into or from the storage compartment. The refrigerator also includes a support configured to supports an item accommodated in the drawer. The refrigerator further includes a lifting device configured to lift the support with respect to the drawer. The lifting device includes a driving part that provides a driving force to the support, a wire that transfers the driving force of the driving part to the support, and at least one pulley which guides the wire.

According to an embodiment of the present discloser a refrigerator includes a body and a drawer. The body includes a storage compartment. The drawer is insertable or withdrawable into or from the storage compartment. The refrigerator also includes a support configured to supports an item accommodated in the drawer. The refrigerator further includes a lifting device configured to lift the support with respect to the drawer. The lifting device includes a driving part that provides a driving force to the support, a wire that transfers the driving force of the driving part to the support, and at least one pulley which guides the wire.

A pallet-truck-compatible load elevator includes a vertical mast and a carriage coupled to the mast for vertical motion of the carriage along the mast. The retractable forks are housed in assemblies connected to the carriage and are beyond the front face of the carriage when in retracted position, such that access to the front face of the carriage is unobstructed to a pallet truck carrying a pallet. Each fork assembly includes an outer fork coupled to a support attached to the carriage and an inner fork coupled to the outer fork, the outer fork being horizontally movable with respect to the carriage and the inner fork being similarly movable with respect to the outer fork to provide telescopic extension and retraction of the fork assemblies.

A rack storage system has two storage racks, a rack aisle therebetween, a loading good manipulation unit with a buffer device for buffering loading goods, and a loading good lifting device for storing and/or retrieving loading goods. The lifting device includes a vertical mast having a lifting guide, a lifting drive having a drive station and a traction device drive, and a lifting frame mounted on the guide and vertically movable using the lifting drive. The frame is connected to the traction device drive and includes a transport device. Furthermore, the system has an automated storage and retrieval unit displaceable in the aisle on guide tracks on the racks, and a conveying system adjoined to the manipulation unit. The frame is arranged on a mast side facing away from the aisle. The drive station with the drive motor located inside the aisle is arranged on a mast side facing the aisle.

A rack storage system has two storage racks, a rack aisle therebetween, a loading good manipulation unit with a buffer device for buffering loading goods, and a loading good lifting device for storing and/or retrieving loading goods. The lifting device includes a vertical mast having a lifting guide, a lifting drive having a drive station and a traction device drive, and a lifting frame mounted on the guide and vertically movable using the lifting drive. The frame is connected to the traction device drive and includes a transport device. Furthermore, the system has an automated storage and retrieval unit displaceable in the aisle on guide tracks on the racks, and a conveying system adjoined to the manipulation unit. The frame is arranged on a mast side facing away from the aisle. The drive station with the drive motor located inside the aisle is arranged on a mast side facing the aisle.

A system for overturning tanks, in particular tanks of kneading machines, includes a vertical supporting structure, an overturning unit, which is mobile along the structure between a lowered position and a raised position and can turn about an axis transverse to the vertical direction, and a system for driving the movement of said unit between said lowered position and said raised position. A further actuation system is provided for governing the movement of rotation of said unit independently of said movement between said lowered position and said raised position.
