Vertically Movable Workpiece Support Device
A vertically movable workpiece support device has a ratchet wheel with a larger diameter than the outer diameter of a driving sprocket wheel and is concentrically attached to an end surface of a boss portion in the driving sprocket wheel. A pair of left and right bearing members are provided side by side, on a side on which the free end side of a drive chain is horizontally extended with respect to the driving sprocket wheel, so as to sandwich a horizontally extending path section of the drive chain. A movable pawl is pivotally supported between the pair of left and right bearing members and engages with the ratchet wheel to block the rotation of the ratchet wheel caused by the movement of the drive chain when the workpiece support base is lowered. An actuator switches the movable pawl to a non-action position with respect to the ratchet wheel.
Gear pair for a lifting vessel
A gear pair for a lifting vessel includes two gear units driving in opposite directions of rotation and configured for engagement in two tooth racks on a jack-up leg, respectively. Each gear unit includes a drive shaft for connection to a drive, an output shaft for connection to a drive pinion, a transmission housing, a planetary stage mounted in the transmission housing, and a torque support configured to enable support of the gear unit on the other gear unit. The torque support surrounds the transmission housing of the other gear unit in a pincer-like manner and contacts the transmission housing symmetrically with respect to a straight line connecting the output shafts of the gear units at two support points which in relation to a vertical plane extending through the output shaft of the other gear unit are located offset towards the gear unit having the torque support.

Device for lifting loads
A device for lifting and stabilizing loads which can be stabilized via two crossing, pivotably articulated telescopic struts that are interconnected in a synchronized manner so as to counter undesirable length variations as a result of forces acting in the cross-beam longitudinal direction, wherein connection of the telescopic struts is established via five traction parts, wherein one first traction part in the internal tube of each telescopic strut is mounted at both ends via a respective inner disk and outer disk, where a second traction part is mounted on two rotatable disks horizontally between the telescopic struts, where disks of the respective first and second traction parts each situated on one side are kinetically interconnected to transmit rotational movements between both disks, and where one further traction part is fastened in external tube, the further form-fitting traction part being kinetically connected to the inner disk of the first traction part.
