MAGNETIC SCREWDRIVER DEVICE
A magnetic screwdriver device includes a pad without magnetism, a driving shaft, and a driven shaft. The two shafts, magnetically attracted to each other, are disposed on opposite sides of the pad. The driving shaft is used to transmit a torque to rotate the driven shaft. When the torque exceeds a predetermined value to overcome a friction force between the driven shaft and the pad, the driven shaft would be stopped.
Tool-less adjustment assembly for changing a torque setting on bottle capping headsets
A method and means by which capping chucks can be torque adjusted without removing the capping chuck from production or taking the adjustment assembly apart for setting the torque on the equipment.
GRIPPING ASSEMBLY FOR CAPPING HEAD FOR THE APPLICATION OF CAPS ON CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES
A gripping assembly for a capping head for applying caps on containers, as well as a capping head, are provided. The gripping assembly comprises a hollow body longitudinally extending along a vertical axis and internally defining a seat delimited at its lower end by an inlet mouth for the introduction of a cap. An ejector member is housed inside the hollow body such that the ejector member is free to slide axially. The gripping assembly further comprises a suspension member made of magnetic material or magnetizable material, and the ejector member carries a first magnetic element that interacts with the suspension member to determine a suspension condition of the ejector member. The magnetic interaction between the first magnetic element and the suspension member is such that the suspension condition is determined only when the ejector member is brought in close proximity of or, in contact with, the suspension member.
CAPPING HEAD FOR THE APPLICATION OF CAPS ON CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES
A capping head for the application of caps on containers or bottles, as well as a capping assembly, are provided. The capping head comprises a hollow housing internally defining at least a first chamber in which a shaft rotating about a longitudinal axis is housed, the rotating shaft being coupled with the hollow housing through the interposition of a magnetic or electromagnetic decoupling assembly comprising at least a rotor and a stator. The decoupling assembly being suitable to allow a relative rotation between the hollow housing and the rotating shaft when the rotating shaft is subjected to a braking torque exceeding a threshold torque. Means for enhancing the thermal dissipation power generated by the decoupling assembly is located inside the hollow housing.
SCREW CAPPING DEVICES FOR A TEST TUBE
A screw capping device for a test tube is provided. The device comprises a grasping unit configured to grasp a test tube cap and a rotating unit. The rotating unit includes a clamping assembly and a rotating assembly. The clamping assembly includes a test tube chamber used to accommodate a test tube body. A test tube pad with an inclined plane is disposed at the bottom of the test tube body. The rotating assembly includes a rotating shaft configured to drive the test tube chamber to rotate. The clamping assembly further includes a cage and cylindrical rollers. Gradient cavities are formed between the cage and the test tube chamber. The cylindrical rollers are located in the gradient cavities. The cylindrical rollers abut against and are pressed against the test tube body from a state where there is a gap between the test tube body and the cylindrical rollers.
Apparatus for closing a container with a container closure
An apparatus for closing a container with a container closure, for example for closing a drinks container with a roll-on closure, a screw type closure, a press-on closure, a crown cap and/or a press-in closure, comprising a lifting unit which can be displaced in a longitudinal direction and which has a guide unit for predetermining a position of the lifting unit in the longitudinal direction and a closure receiving member which is connected to the lifting unit via a pretensioning device for retaining a container closure and for applying the container closure to a container opening of a container which is intended to be closed with a head pressure which is predetermined by the pretensioning device, and an adjustment apparatus for automatically adjusting the head pressure which is predetermined by the pretensioning device; it further relates to a closure member which comprises an above-mentioned apparatus.

Apparatuses and systems for the automated retrieval, transport, and processing of articles
A method and apparatus for dispensing and retrieving products is provided. A system may include: a grasping head; first and second grasping members, each grasping member comprising: a top member; a post member; and first and second grasping fingers, where the first and second grasping fingers extend from the post member and are spaced apart from the top member by a predetermined distance, where the first and second grasping members are connected to the grasping head, where at least one of the first and second grasping members is movably connected to the grasping head, where the at least one of the first and second grasping members is movable relative to the other of the first and second grasping members.
Capping plant and a method for capping and conveying containers made of thermoplastic material
A capping plant (10) for capping containers (100) made of thermoplastic material, includes a capping unit (11) of a rotating carousel type comprising a plurality of capping stations (111) and a first profile (114) arranged so as to contact a part of a tubular body (100a) of the containers (100) which is exposed towards an outside of the rotating carousel of the capping unit (11); a star-wheel (12) located downstream of the capping unit (11); an outfeed conveyor (13) located downstream of the star-wheel (12); a connection cross-member (17) between the first profile (14) and the outfeed conveyor (13), the outfeed conveyor (13) is integrally constrained to a first portion (17a) of the connection cross-member (17) and the first profile (114) is integrally constrained to a second portion (17b) of the connection cross-member (17); an actuating device (18) configured to adjust the height of the connection cross-member (17).
