A bag with an integral bottle cap opener includes a body, multiple straps, a pair of buckle components, and a strap size adjuster. A first strap having the first buckle component extends from a first edge of the body and a second strap extends from a second edge of the body. A third strap connected to the second strap has the second buckle component at the opposite end and has the strap size adjuster therebetween. The bottle cap opener has a first slot adjacent to a first side and a second slot adjacent to an opposite side with an aperture therebetween. A border protrudes into the aperture. The first slot is joined to the first strap, the second strap, or the third strap. The bottle cap opener is effective to grasp a bottle cap. The first buckle component is couplable to the second buckle component.

In one embodiment of the tile spacing device, the tile spacing device includes a U-shaped band having a body with two branches extending parallel therefrom and an opening therebetween. An arm having a lateral end extends proximally from one of the branches into the opening. Two interlocking connectors are respectively positioned on the body at the opening and on the arm. In one embodiment of the system, two tile spacing devices complimentarily releasably mate when the tile spacing devices are opposing and perpendicularly displaced to interlock the interlocking connectors.

A multifunctional screwdriver with a screw finder comprises a bottle opener mounted on a handle and a screw finder threaded connected to the end of the handle. The screw finder comprises a tail cover with a through hole formed in its inner wall, a universal joint with a gibbosity arranged on each side of its outer circle wall, a magnet frame and a magnet. The universal joint is mounted in the tail cover through the gibbosity and the through hole. The magnet frame with the magnet embedded therein is mounted in the universal joint. When the magnet approaches to the screw, the universal joint and the magnet rotate due to the magnetic force, and the mounting position of the screw can be found. When the screwdriver is not used, the screwdriver can be directly hung to a wall through the bottle opener with a function of opening a bottle cover.

A multifunctional screwdriver with a screw finder comprises a bottle opener mounted on a handle and a screw finder threaded connected to the end of the handle. The screw finder comprises a tail cover with a through hole formed in its inner wall, a universal joint with a gibbosity arranged on each side of its outer circle wall, a magnet frame and a magnet. The universal joint is mounted in the tail cover through the gibbosity and the through hole. The magnet frame with the magnet embedded therein is mounted in the universal joint. The present invention comprises a novel multi-mount handsfree beverage container holder system consisting of an attached mounting system and storage slot for small personal items. The mounting system may consist of a fixed or non-fixed attachment configuration to the beverage container holder. The mounting system contains adequate space for storage of small personal items. The counterweight may comprise of enough size and weight to counterbalance the weight of a beverage container when placed in the mounting system. The counterweight may also contain one or more small apparatus of adequate size to be used for opening a beverage container and in some embodiments may be comprised of a flat shape. In other embodiments, the counter weight may be of a concave or convex shape.

The present embodiments relate to a multi-function nail tool. The nail tool can include multiple extension arms that can allow for gripping and manipulating objects, particularly for individuals that have accessories on their hands or need additional assistance with manipulating objects. The nail tool can also include a key ring and a bottle/can opener to provide various functions in a single tool.
