OPENER FOR EASY-OPEN CANS
An opener for opening easy-open cans includes a handle having an extension extending from the first end thereof, and a bottle opening portion formed on the second of the handle. The extension has a lug extending from each of two sides thereof. Each lug has a slot defined therethrough. A plate includes a pivotal portion formed on the first end thereof, and an insertion on the second end thereof. The pivotal portion is pivotably connected between the two lugs. The plate has a protrusion extending from each of two sides of the first end thereof so as to be engaged with the slots of the two lugs when the plate is pivoted toward the handle. The insertion is inserted into the gap between the ring and the top of the can to easily pull the ring-pull.
Combination gripping and cutting tool
A combination gripping and cutting tool for cutting pipe and gripping can lids includes a pair of handles that are rigid. Each handle comprises a grasp that is arcuate. The handles are pivotally coupled, such that the grasps are opposing. A support, which is arcuate, extends transversely from a respective grasp. A channel is positioned in the support. A blade that extends transversely from a respective grasp is complementary to and positioned through the channel. Each of a pair of cutouts is positioned in a respective grasp. The cutouts are arcuate and opposing. Each of a pair of grips is coupled to a respective cutout. The grips are configured to engage a lid of a can when the grasps are pivoted inwardly. The handles are positionable with the support separated from the blade, such that a pipe is positionable between the blade and the support for cutting.

JAR SEALING AND UNSEALING DEVICE
An apparatus for vacuum-sealing a lid onto a jar includes a cap skirt joined to a cap. The cap and cap skirt are formed with internal threads for engaging corresponding external threads on the jar. A lid for the jar placed against the lid press will be drawn against the rim of the jar after air is pumped out of the jar through the cap. An airtight seal is established between the lid and the rim of the jar when air at normal atmospheric pressure enters the vacuum port, the pressure difference between the outside and inside of the jar forcing the lid onto the jar rim and sealing the jar. A prying plate positioned on the top of the cap permits removal of the lid without deforming the lid beyond its elastic limit, enabling lids to be removed and re-sealed against the jar.

Tool and method for opening a vacuum sealed bottle
A tool and method for puncturing a lid of a vacuum sealed bottle to release the vacuum and allow easy opening. A point extends down from the tool, and force may be exerted against the tool by the palm or thumb of a user causing the point to penetrate the lid. The point preferably extends between 3/16 inches and 1/16 inches down from the handle, and more preferably about 3/16 inches. In some embodiments the tool is mushroom shaped having a wider round or oval upper portion for grasping and a narrower lower portion centered under the upper portion of the handle, the point extending down from the lower portion.

Cap opening tool set and cap opener
It is an objective of the present invention to provide a cap opening tool set that enables the user of a container to reduce surely an inner pressure of the container and loosen smoothly a screw cap even if the user has only a weak arm power. A cap opening tool set according to the present invention includes a ring and a cap opener. The ring includes a guide section for facing a circumferential surface section of a screw cap. The cap opener includes a head to be placed over the screw cap and arms extending from the head. The head includes a contact section, a top-surface facing section, and a needle. The contact section enters a space formed between the screw cap and the guide section and presses the circumferential surface section of the screw cap. The needle penetrates the top surface section of the screw cap.
