A dual bottle opener and stabilizer is provided comprising a single manufactured unit that forms three individual sections, wherein the first section comprises a handle, the second section configured to engage a bottle cap of a bottle for removing and holding the bottle cap, and a third section for placing over a bottle neck and engaging a bottle neck of the bottle for lifting and pouring from the bottle by the handle.

A tool for removing first and second centrifuge bottle closure members from a centrifuge bottle includes a tool head including an aperture sized and shaped to receive a protruding portion of the first centrifuge bottle closure member. The tool further includes an elongate shaft extending from the tool head to a distal end and including a tapered portion adjacent the distal end. The tapered portion is sized and shaped to be at least partially inserted in a recessed portion of the second centrifuge bottle closure member. The aperture is configured to transfer torque to the first centrifuge bottle closure member during a rotating operation of the tool and the tapered portion is configured to exert an output force on the second centrifuge bottle closure member during a prying operation of the tool.

This invention is directed toward a piece of jewelry having one or more stackable tools. The stackable tools have the advantage of being able to be removed from the piece of jewelry, used by the wearer, and returned to the piece of jewelry without having to remove the piece of jewelry. Two of the key features of this invention, namely the stackability of the tools and the ability to remove and use the tools from the jewelry while still wearing the jewelry, are incredibly advantageous for the user. The stackability allows a user to customize the jewelry so that he or she always has the preferred assortment of tools handy when needed. The removability for use while still wearing the jewelry allows a user to avoid common mishaps, such as dropping the necklace when trying to take off a tool thereby losing one or all of the tools.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to a multi-tool device including a main body forming a handle, a bottle opener disposed on one end of the handle and a claw disposed on the other end of the handle. A continuous pull corkscrew has a long L-shaped handle that provides greater torque than traditional corkscrews, thus allowing for a cork to be removed with less force applied to the corkscrew. The subject matter of the present disclosure relates, in various embodiments, to a wine key comprising a head assembly and a handle assembly. The head assembly may comprise a unique configuration suited for affixing and using a twin neckstand assembly, a foil cutter disk, a spring, and a helical extractor. The twin neckstand assembly may comprise fulcrum notches for providing leverage against a bottle rim to enhance the effectiveness of extracting a cork stopper from the bottle. As well, the twin neckstand assembly may comprise cap reliefs and cap hooks for providing leverage against a bottle cap edge, so as to enhance the effectiveness of its removal. The handle assembly may comprise a multi-part structure, comprising a handle, an offset tube, a central rod, and an end cap. In some embodiments, the handle may be provided in cylindrical-shaped form that can be turned on a lathe by a Do-It-Yourself woodworker.

A multifunctional wrench structure includes a rod body, one end of which is configured with a ratchet member allowing the disassembly and assembly of hexagonal head screws (bolts); a hexagonal member is configured on one end of the rod body far away from the ratchet member allowing the disassembly and assembly of hex socket cap screws; at least one bottle opener member is configured on the rod body between the ratchet member and hexagonal member, and a breach is formed on the bottle opener member, thereby allowing bottle caps to be pulled away.
