FILLING SYSTEM

A filling system includes a conveyance chamber that conveys vessels, a filling chamber provided with a filling head that fills content into the vessels, a pressure control means that controls the pressure conditions of each chamber, an intermediate chamber that is provided between the conveyance chamber and the filling chamber, and a shutter that can separate the conveyance chamber and the intermediate chamber. When the filling chamber is separated by the shutter, the pressure control means controls the pressure of the intermediate chamber to become lower than the pressure of the conveyance chamber and the filling chamber.

FILLING SYSTEM

A filling system includes a conveyance chamber in which a center wheel for conveying vessels is housed inside, a filling chamber where filling machines are housed inside, an inlet/outlet wheel that transfers the vessels from the center wheel to the filling machine, an opening that allows conveyance of the vessels, and a shutter that closes the opening. The inlet/outlet wheel includes grippers configured from a fixed section and a movable section. The movable section can be raised or lowered with respect to the rotational axis of the inlet/outlet wheel. When the shutter closes the opening, movable section is raised or lowered by a predetermined amount relative to the fixed section, after which the movable section is rotated by a predetermined amount to a position where it does not interfere with the shutter.

ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE AND ASEPTIC FILLING METHOD

An aseptic filling machine and an aseptic filling method are provided with which a petaloid-shape bottle or an unstable bottle which is filled with sterilized content and sealed with a sterilized cap in an aseptic atmosphere is discharged without a delay from an aseptic zone to a non-aseptic zone. Further, even if a petaloid-shape bottle or an unstable bottle falls over on a discharging conveyor when being discharged from an aseptic zone to a non-aseptic zone, a stopping time of the aseptic filling machine can be shortened. A barrier chamber into which air containing a gas of a sterilizer is supplied is provided downstream of a sealing portion that fills content into the bottle and seals the bottle with a cap. Further, a discharge portion chamber that shields a discharge portions provided downstream of the sealing portion that fills content into the bottle and seals the bottle with a cap.

Method and apparatus for sterilizing drink supply pipeline

Hot water or heated steam is fed to a drink supply pipe line for simultaneously supplying drink to a plurality of filling nozzles, while exhausting the hot water or heated steam from all the filling nozzles, F-values are calculated by detecting temperatures at a plurality of predetermined portions of the drink supply pipe line and all the filling nozzles at every predetermined time interval, and a sterilizing process is ended at a time when a minimum F-value reaches an aimed value. According to such method, the sterilization to the drink supply pipe line can be smoothly performed.

Aseptic filler and method for cleaning the same

Provided is an aseptic filler that includes no other sterilization apparatus for producing aseptic water than a sterilization apparatus for sterilizing a content, and a method for cleaning the same. An aseptic water supply apparatus that supplies aseptic water, which is sterilized by a content sterilization apparatus that sterilizes a content, to at least a filling portion chamber is provided, and rinsing aseptic water for washing away a sterilizer when performing an SOP treatment of each chamber is supplied to each chamber.

APPARATUS FOR TREATING CLOSURES FOR CONTAINERS

A treatment apparatus for treating closures for containers. The treatment apparatus includes a box-like body and a treating chamber inside the box-like body. The treating chamber configured for treating the closures. The treatment apparatus further includes a dispensing pipe located inside the treating chamber and configured to dispense a sterilizing substance and a supplying circuit configured to supplying the sterilizing substance. The supplying circuit including a feeding line, a main line, and a secondary line. Both the main line and the secondary line branching-off from the feeding line and the main line emerging into the dispensing pipe and the secondary line emerging inside the box-like body. The treatment apparatus further includes one or more valves operatively active on the supplying circuit to establish a selective fluid communication between the feeding line and the main line or between the feeding line and the secondary line.

FILLING SYSTEM

A filling system includes a center wheel that conveys vessels, a first filler provided with a plurality of filling heads, a second filler provided with a plurality of filling heads and arranged downstream from the first filler, a first inlet wheel that receives the vessels from the center wheel and supplies the vessels to the first filler, and a second inlet wheel that receives the vessel from the center wheel and supplies the vessels to the second filler. Operation modes are switchable between a first operation mode that conveys the vessels to the first filler and a second operation mode that conveys the vessels to the second filler instead of conveying to the first filler by controlling the reception of the vessels at the first and second inlet wheels.
