A device to prevent the drying of nozzles of a machine for the preparation of fluid coloring products having a delivery head includes an anti-drying member and an actuation mechanism to take the anti-drying member from an inactive position distant from the delivery head to an operating position in contact with the delivery head. The actuation mechanism includes an actuation lever oscillating with respect to a fixed support and a group of parallelogram levers commanded by the actuation lever and connected to the anti-drying member so as to keep an upper surface of the anti-drying member constantly parallel to the lower surface of the delivery head during the movement from the inactive position to the operating position.

Drink filling method and apparatus

Bottles are appropriately sterilized in an inline system. While continuously traveling preheated preforms (1), the preform is preliminarily heated, hydrogen peroxide mist (M) or gas is blasted to the preheated preform, the preform is heated to a temperature suitable for molding the preform, the preform is molded in a blow-molding mold (4), which is continuously traveling together with the preform, into a container (2), the container taken out of the mold is filled with drink while being continuously traveled and then applied with a lid to seal the container.

Pet bottle sterilization apparatus and sterilization method

A PET bottle sterilization method for consecutively sterilizing multiple PET bottles (B) while conveying them, includes introducing hydrogen peroxide into a PET bottle (B) so as to sterilize its interior, and introducing hot air into the sterilized PET bottle (B) so as to eliminate hydrogen peroxide remaining inside it. This method includes introducing plasma into a PET bottle (B) by injecting plasma through a nozzle at at least one time point among a time point before hydrogen peroxide is introduced into the PET bottle (B), a time point after hydrogen peroxide was introduced into the PET bottle (B) and furthermore before hot air is introduced into the PET bottle (B), and a time point after hot air was introduced into the PET bottle (B).

SEALING DEVICE FOR A CONTAINER FOR ASEPTICALLY RECEIVING A FLOWABLE PRODUCT AND CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR ASEPTIC FILLING

A closure device for a container for aseptically receiving a flowable product has a spout with a product filling duct extending axially between a first end and a second end. The closure device has a closure cap which can be mounted onto the spout. In the mounted state, the cap closes the second end of the product filling duct. The closure cap is connectable in axially positively locking fashion to the spout in two axially different positions. The first position is a position in which the closure cap is not fully mounted on the spout, and the second position is a position in which the closure cap is fully mounted on the spout. The closure cap can bear sealingly against the spout in the first position and in the second position to optimize sterility during the filling process.

Pet bottle sterilization apparatus and sterilization method

A PET bottle sterilization apparatus is for consecutively sterilizing multiple PET bottles (B) while conveying them, and includes a hydrogen peroxide introducing means (5) for introducing hydrogen peroxide into a PET bottle (B) so as to sterilize its interior and a hot air supplying means (6) for introducing hot air into the sterilized PET bottle (B) so as to eliminate hydrogen peroxide remaining inside it. This apparatus includes a plasma introducing means (P) for introducing plasma into a PET bottle (B) by injecting plasma through a nozzle at at least one time point among a time point before hydrogen peroxide is introduced into the PET bottle (B), a time point after hydrogen peroxide was introduced into the PET bottle (B) and furthermore before hot air is introduced into the PET bottle (B), and a time point after hot air was introduced into the PET bottle (B).

A sterilization method includes a sterilizer supplying step of supplying a sterilizer to a sterile zone conveyor while the sterile zone conveyor is being rotated, and a sterile water supplying step of supplying sterile water to the sterile zone conveyor while the sterile zone conveyor is being rotated.

ASEPTIC FILLING METHOD AND ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE

A preform is heated, the heated preform is sealed in a sealing apparatus including a neck portion mold, a trunk portion mold and a bottom portion mold at a predetermined temperature range, and the heated preform sealed in the molds is blow-molded into a bottle. Any molded bottle is removed if the mold surface temperature of the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold are outside of the predetermined temperature range. A sterilizer is blasted to any molded bottle not removed when the mold surface temperature of all of the molds is in the predetermined temperature range.

Container sterilizing device, content filling system, container sterilizing method, and content filling method

A container sterilizing device includes a transport mechanism that transports a container and a supply unit that supplies a sterilizing agent to the container that is being transported by the transport mechanism. The supply unit includes a nozzle for spraying the sterilizing agent. The nozzle does not move in a vertical direction and, without being inserted into the container, moves in synchronization with the container that is being transported by the transport mechanism.
