An automated liquid dispensing attachment monitors and controls preparation of drinks poured from bottles. The automated liquid dispensing attachment attaches to a bottle and senses multiple aspects of the pouring of the drink, and based on the sensor outputs, monitors and controls the flow of fluids from the bottle through the attachment. The automated liquid dispensing attachment communicates with other electronic devices to enable individualized control and monitoring, and data aggregation and analysis.

A beverage preparation machine permits automated preparation of a variety of beverages. A plurality of stations add ingredients to a beverage container and process the contents directly in the container in some embodiments. Parallel preparation of more than one beverage may be performed in some embodiments. A robotic arm moves the beverage container to the stations. The robotic arm may include a weight sensor as part of controlling the addition of ingredients.

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are described for dispensing consumable products. An example method may include generating, at a controller associated with a beverage dispenser, a beverage composition record for a beverage that is formulated via an ingredient matrix and dispensed at the beverage dispenser, where the ingredient matrix comprises multiple ingredient packages each comprising a beverage ingredient. The method may include writing depletion data to the ingredient package or to a data processing device associated with the ingredient package for each ingredient package from which a beverage ingredient was included in the dispensed beverage, wherein the depletion data is based at least in part on the beverage composition record.

An apparatus for making a mixed drink includes a housing, a first container, a second container, a first opening mechanism for opening the first container, a second opening mechanism for opening the second container, a chamber with an outlet, a water reservoir, and a pump. The first container holds a concentrate and the second container holds an alcohol.

A drink vending apparatus is disclosed. A user provides user commands from a smart device to a control unit that comprises drink requests from the user. In response thereto, ingredients are dispensed from ingredient cartridges into a mixing container, and the mixed ingredients are dispensed from the mixing container into a receptacle.

Methods and systems are provided for mixing and heat exchange of fluids. In one example, a fluid mixing and heat exchange device includes a hot water tank, a mixing chamber spaced away from the hot water tank and fluidly coupled to a first liquid reservoir, a first chilling module fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber, a coolant tank fluidly coupled to the first chilling module, a radiator fluidly coupled to the coolant tank, and a dispensing manifold fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber and adapted to dispense a mixed and chilled fluid mixture to a plurality of fluid vessels.

Methods and systems are provided for mixing and heat exchange of fluids. In one example, a fluid mixing and heat exchange device includes a hot water tank, a mixing chamber spaced away from the hot water tank and fluidly coupled to a first liquid reservoir, a first chilling module fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber, a coolant tank fluidly coupled to the first chilling module, a radiator fluidly coupled to the coolant tank, and a dispensing manifold fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber and adapted to dispense a mixed and chilled fluid mixture to a plurality of fluid vessels.

A beverage dispensing cart is provided for the portable and independent controlled dispensing of keg beverages. Delivery of beer and/or wine on tap is provided from a portable, battery powered beverage service and dispensing cart. One or more bulk beverage keg containers are stored within temperature-controlled compartments, each dispensed from a separate tap tower. A system for automatically dispensing beverages according to a drink order. The system includes a conveyor that conveys a plurality of cup holders in and between a cup receiving location, a dispensing location, and a serving location. A cup dispenser is configured to dispense a cup into each of the plurality of cup holders at the cup receiving location. A plurality of additive dispensers is configured to dispense additives to the cup at the dispensing location. A controller is configured to receive the drink order, create a recipe from the drink order and link the recipe with one of the plurality of cup holders via a marker, dispense a cup to the cup holder via the cup dispenser, and thereafter control the conveyor and the plurality of additive dispensers so that the cup is filled with a beverage according to the recipe and then conveyed to the serving location.
