Fluid mixture dispensing systems, devices and methods are disclosed. A device includes a set of pressurized ingredient reservoirs, a mixing area configured to receive at least one ingredient from the set of pressurized ingredient reservoirs, a pressure source, an accumulator chamber, a set of valves, and a controller. The controller is programmed to operate the set of valves to pressurize the accumulator chamber using the pressure source. The controller is further programmed to operate the set of valves to set a pressure in at least one of the set of pressurized ingredient reservoirs using the accumulator chamber.
CLEANING UNIT FOR SUPPLYING A CLEANING LIQUID TO A BEVERAGE DISPENSING SYSTEM
A cleaning unit (38) for supplying a cleaning liquid to a beverage dispensing system, in which the cleaning unit (38) comprises a first inlet (36) for receiving a pressure fluid, a second inlet (44) for receiving a cleaning liquid, an outlet (42) for supplying the cleaning liquid to a discharge valve of the beverage dispensing system, and a drive mechanism for forcing the cleaning liquid from the second inlet (44) to said outlet (42) by using the pressure fluid received at the first inlet.
GASEOUS LIQUID DISPENSER AND METHOD OF PROVISION OF A GASEOUS LIQUID
A collapsible bag for use in dispensing gaseous fluids, the collapsible bag including three collapsible enclosures. Two of the collapsible enclosures have respective fluid paths extending from internal to external of the outer enclosure. The configuration of the food quality of an inner enclosures and the integrity of the third outer enclosure and as well as the relative volume of one inner enclosure to the outer enclosures effects the dispensing mechanism of the pressure which allows transfer of the pressure without fluid interaction to another of the at inner collapsible enclosures and selective dispensing.
O-ring retaining apparatus for a bar gun
A system and method of using an O-ring retaining apparatus to maintain an O-ring in the same position relative to the position of the handle of a bar gun while permitting a valve stem in physical contact with the O-ring to slide past without the O-ring becoming dislodged.
Valve current error detection for fluid mixture dispensing device
Ingredient dispensing systems and methods are disclosed. A disclosed system includes an ingredient reservoir and an electromechanical valve configured so that, when the electromechanical valve is activated, an ingredient is dispensed from the ingredient reservoir. The disclosed system also includes a current sensor configured to measure a current draw of the electromechanical valve. The disclosed system also includes a controller programmed to sample the current draw from the current sensor and to detect a dispense error of the electromechanical valve based on the sampled current draw.
FLUID MATERIAL DISPENSING APPARATUS HAVING AUTOMATIC SELF-CLEANING CAPABILITY
A fluid material dispensing apparatus capable of conducting an automatic self-cleaning operation includes: controlling a switch to conduct a liquid outlet a cleaning sink and a liquid input port of a fluid diverter, so that cleaning solution in the cleaning sink flows into the fluid diverter; activate a pump to push residual fluid material in a material transmission pipe forward, so that the residual fluid material is discharged into a diversion device through an outlet connector; and utilizing operation of the pump to form a negative pressure in a detergent transmission pipe, so that the cleaning solution in the fluid diverter is sucked into a dual-mode fluid connector through the detergent transmission pipe, and then flows into the material transmission pipe through the dual-mode fluid connector.
Systems and methods for dispensing fluid mixtures
In some embodiments of a fluid dispensing system: (1) two or more mixing channels are fluidly connected to (a) a mixing chamber fluidly connected to a dispenser, (b) a particular two or more solvent reservoirs, and (c) a respective one or more ingredient reservoirs, wherein each of the ingredient reservoirs is configured to dispense into a respective one of the mixing channels; and (2) a controller is programmed to receive a request for a fluid mixture, and, in response control the system to: mix, in the mixing channels to form an intermediate fluid mixture, a respective predetermined amount of solvent from each of the particular solvent reservoirs and a respective predetermined amount of the ingredients from some of the ingredient reservoirs; flow, to the mixing chamber and then to the dispenser, the intermediate fluid mixture; and dispense the requested fluid mixture (including the intermediate fluid mixture) via the dispenser.
INGREDIENTS CARTRIDGE FOR A BEVERAGE MIXTURE DISPENSING SYSTEM
A cartridge and an associated beverage mixture dispensing system are disclosed. The cartridge is detachable from the associated beverage mixture dispensing system. The cartridge includes a casing and at least twenty ingredient reservoirs located within the casing and storing at least twenty respective ingredients. The cartridge also includes a dispensing interface for dispensing the at least twenty ingredients into the beverage mixture dispensing system. The at least twenty ingredient reservoirs include a first reservoir of a concentrated salt and a second reservoir of a concentrated food grade acid. The remaining ingredient reservoirs include additional concentrated ingredients. The beverage mixture dispensing system includes a solvent reservoir and a receiving interface for receiving the at least twenty ingredients from the cartridge. The beverage mixture dispensing system also includes a mixing area fluidly connected to the solvent reservoir and the at least twenty ingredient reservoirs.
