A user interface mechanism may receive input identifying the given customer. A controller may select a base drink recipe dependent on the customer's identity, and may initiate production of a beverage using the selected drink recipe. Each drink recipe may specify an amount of water, coffee, flavorings, dairy, and/or other ingredients, and may be further customizable to add or remove ingredients and/or to change an amount thereof, based on received user input. The stored customer-specific information may include a customer identifier, account information, a purchase history, a message history, drink recipes, and/or an email address for each of a plurality of customers.

Fixed-volumes of liquid are measured and dispensed from a container by empirically determining the liquid surface height and opening a dispensing valve for a time period that is calculated using a volume of liquid specified to be dispensed and the empirically-determined liquid surface height. The liquid surface height in the container is determined empirically for initial and subsequent volumes of liquid that are dispensed. Dispensing accuracy is maintained whether the container is full or nearly empty.

The method further comprises translating the order into one or more steps required to generate the specified beverage. An overhead fueling system for a universal fuel source includes an overhead parking system module having programmable circuitry programmed to implement a parking manager communicatively coupled to a fuel charger. The parking manager includes a processor, resident memory and computer code that is executable by the processor, the programmable circuitry having a digital communication capability, wherein a fuel conductor conveys fuel from another conductor from an overhead remote source. The parking manager is configured to direct the fuel charger to convey fuel to a vehicle parked in the fueling parking stall by at least one of a fuel dispenser or an induction coil embedded in the fueling parking stall pavement.

One example device includes a computer configured to receive a beverage order, a carousel with bottles and configured to rotate one or more of the bottles into a dispense position and provide one or more liquid dispense operations to a container disposed in a beverage dispenser area based on one or more bottle selection commands included in the beverage order, and actuation elements affixed to a corresponding motors which actuate one or more release valves of a liquid dispenser nozzle linked to different liquid sources to provide one or more additional dispense operations to the beverage dispenser area based on one or more liquid source selection commands included in the beverage order.

FLUID TRANSFER DEVICES AND METHODS OF USE

Some embodiments disclosed herein relate to a device for transferring precise amounts of fluid from at least one source container to at least one target container. In some embodiments, the fluid is first transferred from the source container (e.g., a vial) through a connector to an intermediate measuring container (e.g., a syringe). In some embodiments air can pass through an air inlet and enter the vial to compensate for the volume of fluid withdrawn from the vial. An air check valve or a bag or a filter can prevent the fluid from escaping through the air inlet. The precisely measured amount of fluid can then be transferred from the intermediate measuring container to the target container (e.g., an IV bag). In some embodiments the connector can include a source check valve and a target check valve to direct fluid first from the source container to the intermediate measuring container and then from the intermediate measuring container to the target container. Some embodiments of the device can include a motor and a controller for automatically actuating a plunger of the syringe to transfer the desired amount of fluid.

Automated beverage dispenser system and method

A beverage production system is provided that includes a turntable assembly comprising a central axis. The turntable assembly further includes an inner turntable and an outer turntable disposed circumferentially about the inner turntable. The beverage production system also includes a cup dispensing station configured to dispense cups onto one of the inner or outer turntables. The beverage production system also includes a beverage dispensing station configured to dispense a beverage into the cups.

Dynamic dispensing system

Provided herein are systems, methods, apparatus, and computer program products relating to a dynamic dispensing system. Embodiments may include a dishwasher including a washing chamber, a water supply, an additive supply, and a plurality of fluid supply lines that provide fluid communication between the water supply and the washing chamber and the additive supply and the washing chamber. The dishwasher includes one or more pumps that direct additives stored in the additive supply to the washing chamber and water from the water supply to the washing chamber. The dishwasher further includes a tank sensor within the washing chamber and a controller communicably coupled to the controller. The controller may receive and analyze signals from the tank sensor to determine an additive concentration within the washing chamber and cause additive or water to be added to the washing chamber in response to the signal.
