Hand held, volumetric multi material dispenser
20200165119 · 2020-05-28 ·

A fluid dispenser which enables one or two liquid mixture components to be selectively or simultaneously dispensed via a manually operable selection and actuation means. The said dispenser incorporates a body, one or more fluid storage and delivery channels, a selection and actuation disc operable to cause the release of a quantity of a stored fluid, as well as articulation and clamping means which support the said disc. One or more of the said fluid channels may be urged by said disc via cams to eject a fluid or fluids from corresponding cartridges. The present device provides a scale and pointer system which permits selection of a particular volume of a fluid for ejection in a first mode of operation, or selection of a specified mutual proportion of two fluids for ejection in a second mode of operation.

Manifold and fluid dispensing systems

A manifold that allows for increased flow performance, at a reduced pressure, and a flow path that is easily maintained, and fluid dispensing systems that allow for the precise, controlled spacing of beads of multiple component adhesives, and other liquids, and allow for multiple beads to be dispensed onto a substrate simultaneously are disclosed. A control portion for a manifold that solves the disadvantages relating to scaling an open channel and a carrier that provides a mechanism for applying an adhesive and/or a two-part adhesive easier are disclosed.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR BEVERAGE DISPENSING

An apparatus, system, and method for beverage dispensing, and control and management of a beverage dispenser. The beverage dispenser can have an enclosure. The enclosure includes a base section, a control section, and a dispensing section. The base section can be configured to house one or more BIBs, and support one or more beverage containers. The control section can be configured to house a heating device, one or more pumps, control circuits, communication circuits, distribution circuits, and fluid management systems. The dispensing section can be configured to house a computing device, one or more fluid dispensers, and support a brewing or mixing container. The brewing or mixing container can allow for the brewing, mixing, or blending of a beverage that can be dispensed to one or more beverage containers. The beverage dispenser can communicate through a computer network to a management, maintenance, and support portal.

Systems and methods for distributing and dispensing chocolate
10609937 · 2020-04-07 ·

Systems and methods for preparing and dispensing food contents, typically molten chocolate. In one aspect, a method for treating chocolate includes placing a quantity of chocolate in a pressure-controllable environment; heating the quantity of chocolate to a temperature of about 115 degrees Fahrenheit; decreasing the pressure of the pressure-controllable environment to about 5 Torr; and holding the pressure of the pressure-controllable environment at about 5 Torr for a predetermined period of time. Additional steps may include decreasing the pressure of the pressure-controllable environment to about 5 Torr at an average rate of about 8 Torr per minute; heating the quantity of chocolate to a temperature of about 115 degrees Fahrenheit may occur at a rate of about 2 degrees Fahrenheit per minute; and/or heating the quantity of chocolate to a temperature of about 115 degrees Fahrenheit may occur at a rate of no more than 1 degree Fahrenheit per minute.

A control portion for a manifold that solves the disadvantages relating to sealing an open channel and a earner that provides a mechanism for applying an adhesive and/or a two-part adhesive caster are disclosed.

Translating treatment cartridge, fluid dispensing system, and method of using

A dispensing system having a treatment cartridge utilizing linear translation of the treatment cartridge within the manifold to actuate a valve to dispense a fluid. To dispense the fluid, a person pushes their glass or other container against a dispensing lever that translates the treatment cartridge within the manifold causing a cam surface on the filter's circumferential exterior to actuate a valve sending the fluid from the valve though the treatment cartridge and out a dispensing orifice in the treatment cartridge into the glass.

Cartridge housing for a beverage or food cartridge
10562751 · 2020-02-18 · ·

The invention relates to a cartridge housing comprising a diluting means, especially a water supply, a mixing chamber in which the diluting means and a beverage and/or food substrate are mixed, and an outlet. The cartridge housing is fitted with a hollow rod such that the sealing film of the cartridge is pierced as soon as the cartridge is inserted into the cartridge housing, thereby creating the flow connection between the cartridge and a mixing chamber.

MODULAR PLURAL COMPONENT PLATFORM
20200048067 · 2020-02-13 ·

A method includes receiving, via a processor, a unit configuration for a fluid mixing and dispensing system, where the unit configuration includes one or more fluid hardware components. The method also includes determining one or more software modules corresponding to the one or more fluid hardware components and configuring a modular plural component platform by loading the one or more software modules corresponding to the one or more fluid hardware components.

CHEMICAL PRODUCT DISPENSING USING A FLUID DRIVE AND RETURN HOME INTERFACE

A fluid-driven chemical product dispensing system dispenses fluid chemical product concentrates. The dispensing system includes a fluid drive unit powered by flow of a fluid, such as a diluent, and a pump which delivers the fluid chemical product concentrate from a supply to a destination. Upon exit from the fluid drive unit, the diluent is also delivered to the destination, where it mixes with the dispensed fluid chemical product concentrate to form a use solution. The dilution ratio of the volume of fluid chemical product concentrate dispensed per unit time versus the volume of diluent exiting the drive unit per unit time is constant over a defined range of diluent flow rates.
