A household cooling appliance (1) comprising a dispenser (5) for dispensing of at least one of ice or liquid (5).
WATER PREFILLING ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN A REFRIGERATING APPLIANCE
A fluid delivery system for an appliance includes a fluid line in selective communication with a fluid source. A shelf defines a fill zone positioned below an underside of the shelf. A shelf spigot is coupled with the fluid line and disposed proximate the underside of the shelf and over the fill zone. A fluid level sensor is positioned in communication with the fill zone. The fluid level sensor is also in communication with a controller that regulates a flow of fluid through the shelf spigot.
Safety faucet for hot water
A safety faucet includes: a discharge pipe which has a hot water discharge path formed therein; a packing which moves up and down inside the discharge pipe; an operation shaft which is fixed to the packing; an upper cap which covers an upper opening of the discharge pipe, and has an upper cap through-hole formed in a center thereof to expose an upper end of the operation shaft; a lever which is rotatably coupled to the upper end of the operation shaft, and has an auxiliary operation hinge hole formed in an upper end thereof; and a safety member from which an auxiliary operation hinge shaft inserted into the auxiliary operation hinge hole is protruded, and has a cap contacting part formed in a lower end thereof to meet with an upper surface of the upper cap to form a support point.
Hot water supply method, hot water supply device, and water purifier using same
A hot water supply method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: measuring a temperature of water flowing into an water inlet part; turning on a first heater and a second heater if a target temperature is a standard temperature or higher; adjusting a degree of opening and closing of a flow rate adjusting valve on the basis of a difference between the target temperature and the temperature of water flowing into the water inlet part; measuring a temperature of water discharged to a water outlet part; and readjusting the degree of opening and closing of the flow rate adjusting valve on the basis of a difference between the target temperature and the temperature of water discharged to the water outlet part.
Single Serve Point of Consumption Beverage Dispensing Valve
Improvements in a single serve point of consumption beverage dispensing valve is disclosed. The valve includes a fresh water input fitting, a carbonated water inlet fitting a vacuum pump that transfers concentrated from a flavor bullet and diffuses the concentrate with water an optionally carbonation to provide a consistent mixture. The flavor bullet manifold is self-cleaning to eliminate flavor cross-contamination. An initiation lever starts the mixing, diffusion and dispensing that is monitored and controlled with a micro water flow metering system that controls flow solenoids and dispensing of the mixed beverage.
Refrigerator
The present disclosure relates to a refrigerator, and the refrigerator includes a cabinet configured to form a storage space, a door configured to open and close the storage space, a dispenser configured to be formed on a front surface of the door, a water tank configured to be provided detachably from the door above the dispenser and including a drain port for discharging stored water, a pipe part configured to communicate with the water tank to form a passage for discharging water, and a water intake valve including a valve body that slides along the longitudinal direction of the pipe part and opens and closes an opening and closing surface of the pipe part, in which the valve body includes an extension part configured to extend from one surface of the valve body toward an inner surface of the passage, and a leak prevention ring configured to be provided around the extension part to seal between the pipe part and the valve body in a state where the opening and closing surface is closed by the valve body.
SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING LIQUID FROM INVERTED CONTAINER
A liquid dispenser for dispensing a consumable liquid from a container. The dispenser includes a cabinet configured to receive one or more containers in an inverted position such that liquid is induced by gravity to flow out of an open interior of the container though a dispensing opening. A positive pressure valve assembly is mounted to the dispensing opening of the container prior to insertion of the container into the cabinet. The valve assembly includes a cap connected to the dispensing opening and a discharge tube extending from the cap. A flow restrictor of the valve assembly is positioned to selectively open and close the discharge tube to control the flow of liquid from the container. A one-way valve is positioned between the open interior of the container and a supply of air. The one-way valve allows air flow into the container as the fluid is discharged to maintain a positive pressure within the container.
Beverage Dispenser And Refrigeration Appliance Comprising A Beverage Dispenser
A beverage dispenser has an actuation lever which is mounted in a dispenser recess in such a way as to be able to pivot about an axis, at least one lighting device, and at least one optical waveguide, which extends from the lighting device, for illuminating the dispenser recess. A light exit is provided on the actuation lever, and the optical waveguide connects the lighting device to the light exit on the actuation lever.
LIQUID DISPENSER WITH PROXIMITY AND POSITIONING SYSTEM
A liquid dispenser is provided that includes a housing configured to dispense liquid into a container, the housing having an outlet for dispensing liquid into the container. The liquid dispenser includes a proximity sensor disposed proximate to the outlet and configured to detect the container when the container is disposed proximate to the outlet; a light source disposed proximate to the outlet and configured to emit a beam of light to identify a location of liquid to be dispensed from the outlet; and a processor configured to determine whether the container is disposed proximate to the outlet based on an output signal from the proximity sensor; and illuminate the light source to project the beam of light towards an opening of the container based on the output signal from the proximity sensor, to inform a user of a location of liquid to be dispensed from the housing.
Extraction System From A Closed Loop System
The present disclosure provides a metered dosing assembly configured to dispense a volume of fluid into a container that is selectively sealed by a closure valve having a closure valve member that is movable between sealed and unsealed positions with respect to the container. The metered dosing assembly includes a housing having an interior cavity. A valve is locatable at an end of the housing. The valve includes a valve member, a pin extending from the valve member, and at least one spring leg attachable to the valve member. The pin extends from the valve member and is configured to engage the closure valve member of the closure valve to move the closure valve member to the unsealed position and move the valve member to an open position with respect to the housing. When the valve member is moved to the open position and the closure valve member is moved to the unsealed position, fluid communication is made between the metered dosing assembly and the container.
