CONTAINER-VALVE SUBASSEMBLY FOR A BEVERAGE DISPENSER AND REFRIGERATION DEVICE HAVING THE CONTAINER-VALVE SUBASSEMBLY
A container-valve subassembly for use in a refrigeration appliance contains a container and a valve which is arranged on the base of the container. At least one closing body of the valve is releasably connected to the container. The closing body is tiltable between a closed position adjacent to a valve seat and an open position about a pivotal point.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC MATERIAL DISPENSING
A refrigerator appliance includes a drip tray cover including two strain gauge sensors that are coupled to a bottom surface thereof; a memory; and a controller. The controller is configured to detect, via the two strain gauge sensors, a weight of a vessel on the drip tray cover based on a strain; receive, via input, one or more selections, the one or more selections indicative of an amount of material to be dispensed into the vessel, the material including liquid, ice, or any combination thereof; dispensing the material in accordance with the one or more selections; continuously measure, via the two strain gauge sensors, the amount of material being dispensed in accordance with the one or more selections; and terminate, after the vessel receives the amount of material that is measured and equivalent to the one or more selections, the dispensing of the material into the vessel.
Beverage dispenser
A beverage dispenser includes a lower base, an upper receptacle positioned on and above the lower base for storing a beverage, and a valve in fluid communication with the beverage stored in the upper receptacle. The valve is seated within an opening defined through a bottom panel of the upper receptacle, extends downward from the upper receptacle, and is biased into a closed position. A handle engages the valve, such that rotation of the handle causes the handle to move the valve from the closed position to an open position where the beverage is dispensed through the valve. At the same time, the handle (and the valve) can be readily installed on or removed from the beverage dispenser.
VALVE DEVICE OF DIRECT WATERING TYPE DRINKING WATER DISPENSER
The present invention relates to a valve device of a direct watering type drinking water dispenser comprising: a body unit formed with a water inlet through which the water purified by a filter is introduced, a water outlet through which the purified water is discharged, and a flow path enabling the water inlet to be in communication with the water outlet; a closing unit provided at the inside of the body unit to open or close the flow path; a lever provided inside the body unit and having one end inserted into the inside of the body unit while being rotatably hinged to the body unit; and a magnet provided at the inside of the body unit which opens the flow path by having the closing unit move upwards and be attached thereto by magnetic force when moved downward by a predetermined depth due to being pushed by the rotation of the lever.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a main body, a storage space defined within the main body, a door configured to open and close at least a portion of the storage space, a dispenser provided in the door and defining a space in which water is dispensed, a water nozzle extending downward into the space, where the water nozzle is movably mounted at the dispenser and configured to dispense water, a manipulation detection device provided at the dispenser, the manipulation detection device being configured to detect movement of the water nozzle, and a control unit configured to open and close a water supply valve connected to the water nozzle according to a detection signal generated by the manipulation detection device.
Tapping device for at least one bag-in-box packaging
A tapping device for at least one bag-in-box packaging equipped with a tap valve, comprising at least one accommodating area for the bag-in-box packaging, wherein the accommodating area has at least one loading opening, at least one device door that closes the loading opening of the accommodating area, wherein the device door has at least one trigger of an operating apparatus that corresponds to the tap valve, and at least one beverage outlet associated with the tap valve, the operating apparatus has at least one operating element that acts from above on certain parts of the tap valve in order to operate the tap valve and at least one valve accommodating bearing is provided in the area of the loading opening, the at least one valve accommodating bearing having bearing surfaces for wings of the tap valve protruding at least on both sides of the valve housing.
LIQUID INJECTING CONTAINER
The present disclosure relates to a liquid injecting container for an atomizer. The atomizer includes a liquid injecting opening. The liquid injecting container includes a housing, a movable element, and an elastic element. The housing defines a reservoir for storing tobacco liquid. The housing has an open end. The open end defines at least one liquid outlet. The movable element is capable of moving along an axial direction of the open end. The elastic element abuts against the movable element. When the open end is coupled to the liquid injecting opening, the movable element is capable of moving axially to a first position where the at least one liquid outlet is opened. When the open end is detached from the atomizer, the elastic element is capable of driving the movable element to move axially to a second position where the at least one liquid outlet is sealed.
Apparatus for dispensing a beverage
Apparatus for dispensing a beverage in which a bottle containing the beverage is placed in a cradle and a portion of the beverage flows into a heat exchanger in which the beverage is heated or cooled to a desired temperature. The heat exchanger may be divided into at least two zones with the beverage being heated or cooled to the desired temperature in an inlet zone and the beverage being maintained at the desired temperature in an outlet zone.
System for dispensing liquid from inverted container
A liquid dispenser for dispensing a consumable liquid from a container. The dispenser includes a cabinet configured to receive one or more containers in an inverted position such that liquid is induced by gravity to flow out of an open interior of the container though a dispensing opening. A positive pressure valve assembly is mounted to the dispensing opening of the container prior to insertion of the container into the cabinet. The valve assembly includes a cap connected to the dispensing opening and a discharge tube extending from the cap. A flow restrictor of the valve assembly is positioned to selectively open and close the discharge tube to control the flow of liquid from the container. A one-way valve is positioned between the open interior of the container and a supply of air. The one-way valve allows air flow into the container as the fluid is discharged to maintain a positive pressure within the container.
