Unimpeded measured pourer device
An unimpeded pourer device for allowing unimpeded movement of the valve member in the bore of the tubular member. The unimpeded pourer device includes a pourer assembly adapted to be in fluid communication with a bottle and including a tubular member having a bore disposed therein, and also including a spout in fluid communication with the tubular member and having passageway extending therethrough in communication with the bore; and a valve assembly in communication with the pourer assembly for dispensing measured amounts of liquid through and from the pourer assembly.
SPOUT AND DISPENSING SYSTEM
The present invention is related to a pouring device for a container for the dosing of liquid, said pouring device comprising: a) a housing b) a passage for the liquid within the housing; c) an electrical operated opening/closing mechanism for opening or closing the passage in order to dosing of a predetermined or registerable amount of liquid, characterized in that the passage comprising a flexible tube, and the opening/closing mechanism is to block the tube by squeezing the tube in order to close the passage. The tube inside the spout is the only path for the liquid to go through from the bottle, meanwhile the rest components are protected from liquid. This guaranties a quick and controlled flow of the liquid and avoids any air bubbles to influence the pour precision.
Beverage Dispensing Systems and Methods
A beverage dispensing system includes a point of sale and one or more free-pour and/or controlled-pour spouts. The system receives data at the point of sale that includes a beverage selection entered at a user interface and determines the ingredients in the beverage selection. A dispensing instruction is sent to one of the controlled-pour spouts to dispense a quantity of the ingredient based at least in part on the beverage selection. For the free-pour spouts, a quantity of the ingredient is measured as the ingredient is dispensed from a container through a free-pour spout. The point of sale receives data that includes the identity of the ingredient and the measured quantity. A price of the beverage selection is calculated based at least in part on the ingredients dispensed and the quantities thereof. The price may be automatically calculated upon dispensing of the beverage selection.
Corks for use with wireless spouts
Embodiments of the present invention provide corks and cork systems that find particular use in connection with wireless spouts used for monitoring the amount of liquid poured from liquid containers. It is desirable to be able to use a wireless spout with various differently-sized bottle. Accordingly, the cork features provided can ease removal and replacement of the wireless spouts onto and off of variously sized bottles, and allow the same spout to be re-used with a differently sized bottle.
Connected and automated liquid dispensing attachment
An automated liquid dispensing attachment monitors and controls preparation of drinks poured from bottles. The automated liquid dispensing attachment attaches to a bottle and senses multiple aspects of the pouring of the drink, and based on the sensor outputs, monitors and controls the flow of fluids from the bottle through the attachment. The automated liquid dispensing attachment communicates with other electronic devices to enable individualized control and monitoring, and data aggregation and analysis.
SPECIALTY CORKS FOR USE WITH BOTTLE SPOUTS
Embodiments of the present invention provide corks and cork systems that find particular use in connection with wireless spouts used for monitoring the amount of liquid poured from liquid containers. It is desirable to be able to use a wireless spout with various differently-sized bottle. Accordingly, the cork features provided can ease removal and replacement of the wireless spouts onto and off of variously sized bottles, and allow the same spout to be re-used with a differently sized bottle.
SMART VALVE
Methods and systems for accurately determining and delivering the appropriate ingredients, in appropriate quantities, of a particular substance are disclosed. In some instances, a controller of a fluid delivery device opens a valve for an appropriate amount of time to deliver an appropriate amount of fluid. In some instances, the appropriate amount of time is communicated to the controller by an external user device (e.g., a smartphone or a tablet).
Pinch valve for dispenser for liquids
Fixed-volumes of liquid are measured and dispensed from a container by empirically determining the liquid surface height and opening a dispensing valve for a time period that is calculated using a volume of liquid specified to be dispensed and the empirically-determined liquid surface height. The liquid surface height in the container is determined empirically for initial and subsequent volumes of liquid that are dispensed. Dispensing accuracy is maintained whether the container is full or nearly empty.
Wireless spout and dispensing system
The present invention is related to a pouring device for a container for the dosing of liquid, said pouring device comprising: a) a housing b) a passage for the liquid within the housing; c) an electrical operated opening/closing mechanism for opening or closing the passage in order to dosing of a predetermined or registerable amount of liquid, characterized in that the passage comprising a silicone tube, and the opening/closing mechanism is to block the silicone tube by squeezing the silicone tube in order to close the passage. The silicone tube inside the spout is the only path for the liquid to go through from the bottle, meanwhile the rest components are protected from liquid. This guaranties a quick and controlled flow of the liquid and avoids any air bubbles to influence the pour precision.
DOSING DEVICE FOR DOSING LIQUIDS
Dosing device for dosing liquids, with a channel plate in which a fluid channel is formed that extends between a supply connection and an output connection, with a supply valve assigned to the supply connection and with an output valve assigned to the output connection, and with a controller which is electrically connected to the supply valve and the output valve. A tip coupling for coupling a pipetting tip is associated with the output connection and the supply valve and/or the output valve is/are designed as a proportional valve.
