Device for transferring a fluid to a ship
A device (1) for transferring a fluid from a mooring area to a ship is specified. The device (1) comprises an articulated supporting structure (2), which has at least one first and one second support (3, 4, 5), which are connected pivotably to one another by at least one pivot joint (6, 7) and which each have a longitudinal axis, wherein the first support (3) is fixed on the mooring area in such a way that the longitudinal axis of said support can be rotated substantially vertically and the first support (3) can be rotated about the longitudinal axis thereof, and wherein the second support (4, 5) is pivotable in a vertical plane. The device (1) furthermore comprises at least one guide element (8), which is fixed on the supports (3, 4, 5) or on the at least one pivot joint (6, 7), and a first flexible line (9), which is supported by means of the guide element (8) and is guided substantially in the vertical plane. The device furthermore comprises a second flexible line (10), which is arranged substantially in a horizontal plane around the first support (3) and is connected to the first flexible line (9) by means of a rigid tube section (13) connected in a fixed manner to the first support (3).
Device for transferring a fluid to a ship
A device (1) for transferring a fluid from a mooring area to a ship is specified. The device (1) comprises an articulated supporting structure (2), which has at least one first and one second support (3, 4, 5), which are connected pivotably to one another by at least one pivot joint (6, 7) and which each have a longitudinal axis, wherein the first support (3) is fixed on the mooring area in such a way that the longitudinal axis of said support can be rotated substantially vertically and the first support (3) can be rotated about the longitudinal axis thereof, and wherein the second support (4, 5) is pivotable in a vertical plane. The device (1) furthermore comprises at least one guide element (8), which is fixed on the supports (3, 4, 5) or on the at least one pivot joint (6, 7), and a first flexible line (9), which is supported by means of the guide element (8) and is guided substantially in the vertical plane. The device furthermore comprises a second flexible line (10), which is arranged substantially in a horizontal plane around the first support (3) and is connected to the first flexible line (9) by means of a rigid tube section (13) connected in a fixed manner to the first support (3).
System for Transfer of a Fluid Product
A system (1) for transfer of a fluid product comprising a transfer pipe for the fluid product having several sections, called first pipe (2), and having an end provided with a coupling system (5) configured for the connection of the first pipe (2) to a target duct, and further comprising a support structure (4) for the first pipe (2), comprising an inner branch (41) which is mounted on a base (42) and an outer branch (43). The first transfer pipe (2) comprises a flexible section of pipe (21) having a proximal end (210) suspended from the support structure (4) and a rigid section of pipe (22) connected to a distal end (211) of the flexible section of pipe (21) and provided at its free end with the coupling system (5), the transfer system comprising suspension means configured for rigidly suspending, at the location of a first end thereof, the rigid section of pipe (22) from the outer branch (43) via articulation means permitting rotation around a vertical axis and at least one horizontal axis.
System for Transfer of a Fluid Product
A system (1) for transfer of a fluid product comprising a transfer pipe for the fluid product having several sections, called first pipe (2), and having an end provided with a coupling system (5) configured for the connection of the first pipe (2) to a target duct, and further comprising a support structure (4) for the first pipe (2), comprising an inner branch (41) which is mounted on a base (42) and an outer branch (43). DUAL CONTROL EMERGENCY RELEASE SYSTEM
An emergency release system for a fluid transfer system is disclosed. The fluid transfer system includes a first valve and a second valve that is selectively fluidly coupled to the first valve. The emergency release system includes a breakaway coupler mechanism engageable with the first valve and the second valve to releasably couple the first valve and the second valve together, an actuator mechanism defined by a dual rod having a first rod member and a second rod member releasably attached to the first rod member, the first rod member engageable with the first valve and the second rod member engageable with the second valve, and a piston-cylinder assembly configured to engage the actuator mechanism to selectively and simultaneously close the first and second valves, and to disengage the breakaway coupler mechanism from the first valve and the second valve.
DUAL CONTROL EMERGENCY RELEASE SYSTEM
An emergency release system for a fluid transfer system is disclosed. The fluid transfer system includes a first valve and a second valve that is selectively fluidly coupled to the first valve. The emergency release system includes a breakaway coupler mechanism engageable with the first valve and the second valve to releasably couple the first valve and the second valve together, an actuator mechanism defined by a dual rod having a first rod member and a second rod member releasably attached to the first rod member, the first rod member engageable with the first valve and the second rod member engageable with the second valve, and a piston-cylinder assembly configured to engage the actuator mechanism to selectively and simultaneously close the first and second valves, and to disengage the breakaway coupler mechanism from the first valve and the second valve.
Fluid Transfer Line with Electric Actuators and Braking Means for Each Actuator
The system (10) for the transfer of fluid comprises a tubular fluid transfer line (2) comprising at one of its ends a coupling system (32) adapted to be connected to a target duct (33) for the transfer of fluid, and electrical actuators (11-13) for controlling the movement of the transfer line in space, each via an actuating shaft, characterized in that each of the actuators for controlling the movement of the transfer line comprises an electric motor with an output shaft, a speed reducer, the actuating shaft being rotationally driven by the motor output shaft by means of the speed reducer, which is reversible, so as to enable the actuating shaft to turn when an actuating torque is directly applied to it, and braking means for locking the actuator in position when movement control is in course and that actuator is not activated for that control.

The system (10) for the transfer of fluid comprises a tubular fluid transfer line (2) comprising at one of its ends a coupling system (32) adapted to be connected to a target duct (33) for the transfer of fluid, and electrical actuators (11-13) for controlling the movement of the transfer line in space, each via an actuating shaft, characterized in that each of the actuators for controlling the movement of the transfer line comprises an electric motor with an output shaft, a speed reducer, the actuating shaft being rotationally driven by the motor output shaft by means of the speed reducer, which is reversible, so as to enable the actuating shaft to turn when an actuating torque is directly applied to it, and braking means for locking the actuator in position when movement control is in course and that actuator is not activated for that control.

The present invention concerns a system for the transfer of cryogenic product from a first floating structure (800) for storage and transport of cryogenic product to a second fixed or floating structure (900) for storing cryogenic product, by means of a transfer pipe able to transport the cryogenic product. The system comprises a transfer pipe, itself comprising at least three rigid sections of pipe (12-17) fluidically connected each to the next by connection means (21 to 27) able to transport the cryogenic product, each of the two end sections of pipe (12, 17) having a free end configured as a tip for connection to a connection device of the first floating structure (800) and respectively of the second floating structure (900). The present invention also concerns a method of fluidically connecting a device for the transport of cryogenic product.
