A horse training device which is adjustable to fit various sizes of horse heads and neck sizes. The training device includes a generally U-shaped bosal-like member having a forward end and first and second legs extending rearwardly therefrom. A first ring is secured to the rearward ends of the first and second legs. A first U-shaped strap has its lower ends secured to second and third rings secured to the first and second legs respectively. A second strap has one end thereof secured to a cross-member which extends between the first and second legs. The other end of the second strap has a fourth ring member secured thereto. The lower ends of a U-shaped third strap are secured to the fourth ring. A U-shaped fourth strap is connected to the first and third straps and extend around the head of the horse below the ears of the horse.

APPARATUS AND METHOD TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN HORSE AND RIDER

An apparatus and method are provided to facilitate horse riding. The apparatus includes a line that defines an opening sized to receive a head of the horse. The apparatus also includes one or more tips operatively connected to the line and oriented inward from the line into the opening. Upon positioning the head of the horse through the opening the one or more tips are positioned to engage a body of the horse. The method includes providing the apparatus and passing, the opening defined by the line, over the head of the horse. The method also includes passing, the rein, through openings defined by rings that are operatively connected to the line. The method also includes actuating the line to engage the horse to facilitate movement of the horse.

EQUINE SENSOR HEADBAND

A headband comprising a fabric portion whose position is constrained at a trailing edge of a jaw of a horse by a nose strap resting on the face of the horse between the eyes and muzzle and a tag positioned by the headband on a head of the horse, avoiding a forelock and at least one ear of the horse, wherein a tension in a nosepiece portion of the headband is translated to a tension in a head portion of the headband which serves to pull the tag into contact with the head just behind a poll.
