SYSTEMS FOR TRANSCATHETER PROSTHESIS DELIVERY AND METHODS
Aspects of the disclosure include systems including a delivery device having a handle assembly, a shaft assembly having a distal portion, and a helical elongated member positioned at least partially over the shaft assembly and interconnected to the handle assembly. The system also includes a prosthesis positioned over the distal portion. The prosthesis has a stent frame having an inner surface and an outer surface, a valve structure positioned within the stent frame, and a track formed by one or more guides positioned on and extending from one of the inner or outer surfaces of the stent frame. The helical elongated member is configured to be moved in and out of the track to selectively compress or allow the prosthesis to expand. Methods of loading and delivering the prosthesis using systems of the disclosure are also disclosed.
Devices and methods for crimping a medical device
Devices, systems, and methods for crimping a medical device are disclosed. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to devices, systems, and methods for reducing the diameter of a collapsible heart valve prosthesis to be loaded onto a delivery device. The devices, systems, and methods using at least one funnel to crimp the heart valve prosthesis and load it onto the delivery system.

Constrainable stent graft, delivery system and methods of use
A stent graft for treating an arterial aneurysm includes a ligature traversing at least a portion of struts of stents, the ligature having ends that, when linked, at least partially constrict a radial dimension of the stents. The ends of the ligature can be linked by a wire in a stent graft delivery system that threads anchor loops longitudinally spanning ends of the ligature to maintain the stent in a radially constricted position during delivery to the aneurysm. The stent graft can be implanted at the aneurysm by retracting the wire from the linked ends of the ligature and from the anchor loops, thereby releasing the associated stent from the radially constricted position.

STENT RETENTION
A system and method for a stent delivery system, the delivery system having a catheter and a balloon coupled to a distal portion of the catheter. The catheter with the radially expandable member is inserted into a cavity in a mold. Heat and pressure are applied for a period of time which inflates the balloon and imparts a shape memory to a portion of the balloon. The balloon is removed from the cavity of the mold with a shape memory.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ESTABLISHING RETROGRADE CAROTID ARTERIAL BLOOD FLOW
Interventional procedures on the carotid arteries are performed through a transcervical access while retrograde blood flow is established from the internal carotid artery to a venous or external location. A system for use in accessing and treating a carotid artery includes an arterial access device, a shunt fluidly connected to the arterial access device, and a flow control assembly coupled to the shunt and adapted to regulate blood flow through the shunt between at least a first blood flow state and at least a second blood flow state. The flow control assembly includes one or more components that interact with the blood flow through the shunt.

SUBSTRATE WITH ROTATABLE STRUTS FOR MEDICAL DEVICE
A medical device is operable to extend and/or retract elements suitable for a particular purpose. The elements are extended and/or retracted in response to a stress applied by way of stretching and/or retracting the device, among other methods. The elements may remain extended and/or retracted or may recoil back to an initial position upon the removal of the force. In various embodiments, the elements are used to treat or deliver treatment to a target site within a body.
