The present invention relates to an arrangement comprising an intrauterine system, an inserter for the intrauterine system and a package for the inserter, wherein the inserter comprises a handle having a first end and a second end, an insertion tube having a first end and a second end, first handling means for withdrawing the intrauterine system inside the insertion tube and second handling means for expulsing the intrauterine system from the insertion tube; and the package comprises a container, a cover arranged to close the container and means for actioning the first handling means of the inserter.
Packaging Systems for Implantable Devices and Related Methods
A tray for securing an implantable device to a carrier member includes a slot configured to retain the carrier member and a receptacle adjacent the slot. The carrier member surrounds a shaft of the implantable device. The receptacle has a first width at a proximal end of the receptacle to receive first and second arms of the implantable device in an initial state in which the first and second arms extend substantially perpendicularly from the shaft. The receptacle has a second width at a distal end of the receptacle for receiving the first and second arms of the implantable device in a collapsed state in which the first and second arms are folded against the shaft such that the carrier member can be slid over the first and second arms to retain the first and second arms. The second width is less than the first width.

PACKAGED LUBRICATED CONDOM
The present invention provides a packaged condom comprising a sealed package and, within the package, a condom comprising natural rubber latex and/or synthetic polyisoprene, wherein the condom comprises, on one or more surfaces thereof and in contact with the natural rubber latex and/or synthetic polyisoprene, an aqueous lubricant. The aqueous lubricant comprises a thickener and, in a total amount of from 5 to 25% by weight of the lubricant, one or more organic compounds independently selected from the group consisting of a polyhydric alcohol and a sugar, each of said one or more organic compounds having at least 4 hydroxyl groups and a molecular weight of from 120 to 10000. The invention further provides a method for preparing a packaged condom, a packaged condom obtainable by or obtained by this method, and the use of the aqueous lubricant to lubricate one or more surfaces of a condom comprising natural rubber latex and/or synthetic polyisoprene while maintaining the transparency of the condom during storage within a sealed package.
Systems and methods for delivering biomaterials
Delivery systems and methods for forming and delivering biomaterials from two components are described herein. In particular, apparatus and methods for performing controlled delivery of multicomponent delivery of biomaterials into or onto a body part, such as a body lumen are described. More specifically, in some embodiments, the apparatus and methods are directed towards controlled delivery of micro-volumes of biomaterials into or onto a target location, the micro-volumes being defined as 0.001 mL-1 mL (or 1 ?L-1,000 ?L) of volume.

Packing Film with a Top Layer Forming a Predefined Opening Track
The invention is directed to a packaging film (2) comprising: a top layer (4) with at least one aperture (4.1); a bottom layer (8) adhered to the top layer (4); a tear layer (6) adhered to the bottom layer (8) and extending along the at least one aperture (4.1) so that upon traction on the tear layer, said layer tears the bottom layer (8) through the aperture(s) (4.1). The tear layer (6) extends beyond the at least one aperture (4.1), between the top layer (4) and the bottom layer (8), preferably longitudinally in two opposite directions. The invention also relates to a condom wrapping with such a film and to the manufacturing method for such a film.
INTERNAL CONDOM METHOD AND DEVICE
An intraurethral contraceptive device includes an insertion tool and a urethral sleeve inside the insertion tool. The urethral sleeve includes a balloon on an outer surface and a distal proximal end of the urethral sleeve, having an air lumen that extends to a distal end of the urethral sleeve. There is an inside reservoir at a distal end of the sleeve, configured to capture any fluid traveling from the proximal end to the distal end of the urethral sleeve. An insertion plunger is coupled to a plunger head. The insertion plunger is configured to be placed inside a distal end of the insertion tool.
Selectively Opening Multiple Compartment Packages and Methods for Making Selectively Opening Multiple Compartment Packages
Concepts and technologies disclosed herein for selectively opening multiple compartment packages and methods for making selectively opening multiple compartment packages. The selectively opening multiple compartment package can include a front layer having two sides; a second layer having two sides; a third layer having two sides; and a rear layer having two sides. Compartments of the selectively opening multiple compartment package can be formed and bound by a second side of the front layer and the first side of the second layer; a second side of the second layer and a first side of the third layer; and a second side of the third layer and a first side of the rear layer. The compartments are configured to be selectively opened.
