A distillation system having a plurality of chambers, an input conduit connected to each chamber to deliver an aqueous fluid to each chamber; a pressure reducing valve connected to the input conduit; a waste output conduit connected to a waste collection compartment of each chamber; and condensate output conduit connected to a condensate collection compartment of each chamber. An evaporation wall of each chamber is constructed to maintain an evaporation surface temperature that is greater than a condensation surface temperature of a condensation wall of each chamber. The aqueous fluid forms a fluid coating, which moves down the evaporation wall. A saturation pressure differential is created as water from the aqueous fluid evaporates from the evaporation wall and condenses on the condensation wall forming an aqueous condensate, which moves down the condensation wall and is collected as an aqueous distillate in the condensate collecting compartment.

Water distillation device, comprising: a body having a lateral wall and defining a cavity suitable for allowing the distillation of an amount of water to distill, wherein in said cavity are defined a distillation chamber and a condensation chamber, wherein the condensation chamber comprises a collection portion designed to collect at least temporarily distilled water, at least a heater, configured to heat the amount of water to distill present, in use, in the distillation chamber, a cooler, configured to cause a condensation of a distillation steam deriving from the heating of the water to distill through the heater, wherein the condensation chamber comprises an outlet configured to allow an outflow of the distilled water from the collection portion, wherein the water distillation device is a vacuum distillation device, configured to carry out the distillation of the water to distill at a pressure lower with respect to the atmospheric pressure, wherein the water distillation device has an operating configuration of supply of distilled water, within which the distilled water collected in the collection portion is made flown outside of said cavity, optionally in an outlet duct, said device being configured to maintain within said cavity a predetermined vacuum level with respect to a predetermined threshold in the continuation of said operating configuration of supply of distilled water, the water distillation device comprising an extraction pump connected with said outlet, said extraction pump being configured to be activated during the operating configuration of supply for extracting the water from the collection portion allowing to maintain the vacuum inside the cavity and/or preventing that the vacuum inside the cavity exceeds a predetermined threshold value, and/or preventing, during its operation, the access of the air inside said cavity.

The heating device pressurizes or heats the steam entering the vacuuming device and the connecting pipes, and the heated steam is guided by pipes into the steam heating device, thus achieving the effect of steam recycling.

Two separation zones may be utilized in which liquid from the first zone sent to a toluene recovery zone and vapor from the first zone is sent to a compression zone. The compressed vapor from the compression zone is sent to the second separation zone.

Provided is a device for producing ultra-low sulfur biodiesel. The device for producing ultra-low sulfur biodiesel is a two-stage processing device, comprising a two-stage purification unit, a two-stage enzyme reaction unit, a two-stage distillation unit, and a decompression rectification unit. The present invention is green and environment-friendly, effectively and completely removing sulfur-containing impurities from the raw material, eliminating the attack of a sulfur-containing group in the synthesis process on fatty acids, and providing sufficient conditions for obtaining ultra-low sulfur content methyl esters in the product section.

A process for treating a fluid includes: a step of introducing fluid to treat into a chamber of a dryer, a step of drying the fluid in the chamber including a first phase during which a weight of the chamber reduces and when the weight of the chamber reaches a lower threshold or a rate of variation of the weight of the chamber is less than a first predefined value, the drying step includes a step of complementary filling of the chamber until the weight of the chamber reaches an upper threshold and a second phase during which the weight of the chamber decreases and when the rate of variation of the weight is less than a second predefined value, the process includes a step of extracting a solid residue in powder form. Techniques recycle plastics in multiple successive process steps. A polymer, preferably a recyclable material, is melted using a discharge extruder, filtered using a first filter device under a positive pressure atmosphere, filtered and degassed using a degassing device, and discharged using a discharge extruder. The degassing device has at least one filter element and a vacuum chamber with a negative pressure atmosphere for filtering and degassing purposes, wherein the plastic melt can be conducted into the negative pressure atmosphere of the vacuum chamber through the filter element.
