A distillation apparatus has a cooling spiral surrounding at least a part of a vertical extent of a fraction collector in the disclosed technology. Connecting to and/or extending into an interior space of the fraction collector is an end of a vertically-extending passageway. This passageway is functionally connected at an other end to a lower-end entry portal. An outer cover substantially covers the cooling spiral, fraction collector, and a portion of the vertically-extending passageway, excepting for a top portal, a side exit portal, at least one cooling spiral intake, and at least one cooling spiral outtake.

Apparatus And Method For Solvent Recovery From Drying Process

Method and apparatus for condensing a majority of the solvent in a process gas stream at low temperatures, e.g., below the freezing point of water, ca. −5° C. The gas stream exiting the condenser step may be further processed in one or more emission control devices, such as a single or multi-step series of concentrator devices, such as zeolite concentrator devices. One or more emission control operations can be carried out downstream of the single or multi-step concentrators. The aforementioned condensing process enables the one or more concentrators to operate in a favorable temperature range for removal of 99% or more of VOC, thereby meeting or exceeding strict environmental regulations.

CONDENSATE SEPARATOR SYSTEM FOR VACUUM MICROWAVE DEHYDRATORS

This invention was designed to condense, separate and collect volatile compounds from the vapor steam as they exit the dehydrator. Bulk condensate is allowed to accumulate and separate in a separator vessel under vacuum. The undesirable water phase condensate is periodically drained into a water vessel, which is also held under vacuum instead of atmospheric pressure to avoid agitation and mixing of the contents of the separator vessel arising from purging the separator vessel to atmosphere. The separated and desirable oily condensates can then be easily recovered from the separator vessel.

Method for transferring heat between two or more media and system for carrying out said method

A method for producing heat transfer between two or more media and a device or system for carry out said method, usable for air conditioning a space, or any use that requires heat transfer between two or more media to be used for domestic, commercial or industrial use.

Cooling system and vehicle comprising such a cooling system

Disclosed is a cooling system comprising: a first cooling circuit with a first coolant pump; a second cooling circuit with a second coolant pump; an expansion tank provided with an expansion chamber for accumulation of coolant, wherein the expansion chamber is connected to the second cooling circuit to allow the expansion chamber to receive coolant from the second cooling circuit; and a deaeration device arranged in the first cooling circuit for separation of air bubbles from the coolant circulating therein. The deaeration device is located at a lower position than the expansion tank and connected to said expansion chamber via a static line to allow air bubbles separated from the coolant in the deaeration device to migrate upwards in the static line towards the expansion chamber.

COOLING AND DESALINATION SYSTEM

A cooling and desalination system includes a humidification-dehumidification (HDH) system and an ejector cooling cycle (ECC) system. The HDH system includes a heater for heating saline water, a humidifier for humidifying a carrier gas using the saline water, and a dehumidifier for dehumidifying the carrier gas to obtain desalinated water. The ECC system includes a generator for generating a primary flow of a refrigerant, an evaporator for cooling and providing a secondary flow of the refrigerant, an ejector for the primary flow and the secondary flow to pass through to obtain a super-heated stream, and a condenser. The heater and the generator are configured to connect to a heat source. The ECC system and the HDH system are connected at the condenser for heat exchange between the super-heated stream and the saline water to pre-heat the saline water.

MULTIMODE SYSTEM FOR COOLING AND DESALINATION

A multimode system for cooling and desalination includes a humidification-dehumidification (HDH) system, an ejector cooling cycle (ECC) system and valves. The HDH system includes a heater, a humidifier and a dehumidifier. The ECC system includes a generator, an evaporator, an ejector and a condenser. The valves are configured to connect to inlets and outlets of the heater, the generator and a heat source so that by selectively opening and closing the valves, the heat source is connected to the heater while disconnected from the generator, or connected to the generator while disconnected from the heater, or connected to both the heater and the generator, or disconnected from both the heater and the generator. The ECC system and the HDH system are connected at the condenser for heat exchange.

CONDENSING MECHANISM OF DISTILLED WATER DISPENSER
20220126222 · 2022-04-28 ·

A driving mechanism includes a condensing coil and a fan set above a body of a distilled water dispenser. The condensing coil has multiple layers of spiral coil formed by winding a stainless steel tube in a spiral on each of different horizontal planes. The stainless steel tube has one end thereof terminating in a steam inlet port and connected to an inner tank of the body, and an opposite end thereof terminating in a distilled water outlet port. The fan is used to drive air to the condensing coil so that the steam in the stainless steel tube is cooled and condensed into distilled water. This can achieve the purpose of improving the condensation efficiency, shortening the time required to generate distilled water, reducing the temperature of the distilled water outlet, and avoiding the use of radiating fins.
